The mop that was sent me had a defective part ands there was no packing slip in the box.  The tracking info was worthless.    I called Costway and the woman I spoke with was courteous & tried her best to help, and said she'd send a tracking no. when the replacement part would be sent out, but gave no indication as to when that would be.  I never rec'd that tracking no. , though after a lot of grief, a replacement did eventually show up.    If I had to do it all over again, I would not buy this mop set.  I once had an original spin mop and it was made much better than this one. Spend your money on a good product.  Too many problems with this company, and the mop may not even last due to it's poor quality. That's JMHO.
