Setup

Load

As advertised, however, the system requirements were no listed. I am running a fairly new system and this software will not run.  So I am out $$$ for this purchase, live and learn....

Not such a good Buy.........

Works perfect on my new HP Omen 15 Ryzen 7, 16 GB Ram, 1 TB SSD drive, Took exactly 5 hours to install all 10 disc's and the update before playing.

Great!

Buying the DVD edition will not save you from having to download 59 GB of additional updates that have been issued since the DVD was burned at the factory. 

After 90 minutes of installation you will connect and then another 59 GB of downloads.

Avoid if you want to save on download time/expense

Am unable to use this product due to a problem with the software requiring a game disk which is not provided.   I would not recommend purchasing it until the problem is fixed.

Product is unusable in its current form.

I tired to load this on 3 separate computers.  After spending 2 hours loading all 10 disks, nothing happened on 2 occasions.  On the 3rd, message said key not found.  This wasted lots of my time and I had to return for refund.  In all cases, I had the latest Windows 10 OS.

Unhappy

My Flight Simulator purchase wasted two days of my time trying to install and reinstall the 10 DVD disks, at least two of which were defective with read errors that stopped the installation.  That amounted to a lot of frustration. I was given a return authorization  so hopefully I will get a refund.

Waste of time

Can only say the program took 8  hours to install before I learned that my computer graphics processor would not support the program.  Would be nice (reasonable) for the first installation disc would make that know.  The written requirements about graphics processor needed weren't adequate to save a lot of wasted effort.
Probably a great program if you can run it on your hardware.

Poor requirements advise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to fly the simulator when I have time once every two weeks or so. Several times I've tried to do that only to realize that I need to install a mandatory update that takes a couple of days to download with to h my lower speed internet connection. Twice mow the downloads have been 165 Gigabytes. I had to purchase a new hard drive to do the downloads.
I'm going back to using FSX.
