They are OK for all the money that you spend they need to make them better and to last longer any sudden moves and they don't work

Item delivered was not item pictured. This is the new controller and not the old original model so the battery cover for the rechargeable batteries does not fit on the back of this new controller

Not as pictured

It arrived but it wasn't the right controller. It was the Series X one, which I didn't wish to purchase for the $70-$80 price tag. They didn't even notify me that it's been substituted, unbelievable. Wouldn't buy this again, the controller on the picture is fake and not promoting the right controller. Either that or it got substituted right under my nose... Didn't even try to tell me about it.

I just received this item today to discover an already used product that was in an inside out package with a label tape to the outside with a name above my own I don't recognize. Put batteries in and no surprise it doesn't work. Don't not I repeat DO NOT purchase this if your thinking about it.

Not Happy

Bought this and also bought 3rd party controllers over the span of 3 years...it's July 2020 now bought this with the Xbox Console in 2017...i've gone through 6 controllers.  Right stick becomes worn out or left stick...both stick will wear eventually...My SNES and Gamecube controllers xbox 360 controllers pS2 and Ps3 still work fine...they really dont make em like they use too

Xbox Controllers don't last very long

Received opened box with missing cable. Distributor tried to mask the cable picture on the box with white tape. I returned the item. Ordered new one, which arrived in a unopened box with all accessories included. Distributor now questioning why cable was not returned.

The “refurbished microsoft xbox one wireless controller, black” that I've ordered came in defective. The controller kept powering off on me after constantly trying to power it on to make it work. After repeatedly doing that the controller begin to unleash a smoke, which then came out from the front of the controller. Then moments later the controller no longer powered on nor worked at all.  (I Am Highly Disappointed) - (Please Do Better)
