The outer shell was cracked on the right thigh and had a small hole. When I shake it around I can hear the plastic bit that fell off rattle inside the controller. The joysticks feel fine for the most part but the triggers are a little weird to pull on. This controller was obviously dropped a few times in its life before it was cleaned up and refurbished. All in all the controller was clean and works which is more than I can say for my old one which was destroyed from water damage but thats going off topic. The D-pad is stiff but I cant remember if thats how my old one was out of the box or if that is related to some damage I cant see inside. Its nothing that inhibits use. I played a few games with it for a few hours and all the buttons work and nothing seemed to be wrong so Im happy considering the minor damages.

You get what you pay for.

oil came in fast and us good quality the only that was wrong with it was the right trigger, in order to make a character attack I had to press down as hard as I could to make it do anything

Came quickly, product looks good, but it will not connect to the controller box. On the web there are three possible fixes, I have tried two. Now I get to hunt for a cable in hopes syncing the device to the controller.

For me, this was a waste of money.

I bought 2 controllers and one of them doesn't connect to Xbox 360 I tried to do it wirelessly and with the wire but have no connection it's just a brick.

I paid $40  on a controller that's poorer quality than what I'd find at a pawn shop.

Don't bother.

I bought a remote for my brother because he wanted to play my Xbox again. I put new batteries in it and it didn't turn on. I changed the batteries 5 times and nothing. DON'T BUY THIS!!!

Ordered a black refurbished controller. I dont expect perfection from refurbishment. But functionality and cleanliness is a must. The black and gray controller I received smells. There is grimy hand filth in every crevice, and  teeth marks. It's so dirty I dont want to touch it, I'm certainly not going to let my son use it.
