I ordered this as a gift for my children.  For others like me who don't know a lot about Xbox, this one is a smaller one.  If you want to be able to have several games downloaded on the system at once, you might be better off buying the system with larger storage or buying extra storage for this one.  Also, if you are looking at this for a Christmas gift, you might want to set it up so to speak before wrapping it up.  The system needs updates (I found out by reading reviews) and a lot of games need updates before they can be played.  Depending on your internet connection, this can take some time to download.  The updates can be pretty big, which is why you may want to consider extra storage if you want a lot of games on the system at a time.  Also, there was a code that came with it for 14 day's free of XBox Live.  If you want Xbox Live beyond that, you have to subscribe.  For my personal experience, the system was pretty easy to set up and navigate.  It took a while to download the updates to the system and the game I went ahead and installed.  I would say an hour and half for both updates.  All in all, this was a pretty good buy.  Also, it only comes with one wireless controller.

Bought it Nov 29, 2017 to today May 5, 2020, still works like new, no problems at all. I'm happy!

when I ordered it I was excited to play but unfortunately it did come with the startup error but I will get that fixed but I will recommend since it did arrive and sooner or later I will be able to play with my favorite Xbox ever!

This item was used, we had to delete another persons profile from the unit. It works fine but was sold for full price and not disclosed that it was previously owned.

felt scammed

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a company. I will never get buy from them again, the game system was dirty, and did not work. The control was also in horrible shape and it did not look anything like what is listed in the description. On top of that when I opened the package the game smelt so bad. I'm not understanding how a game can have a smell to it but it was horrible. They also failed to mention in the description that this is a used product. None the less I will never shop with them again.

It came in a very old cardboard box and not the original XBOX packaging. A little disappointed because the ad says it's brand new but it doesn't look like it.

Bought my Xbox one S got it home put everything in and the controller wouldn't hook up to the box. Tried everything googled everything got frustrating. All you can do is sit right up by the TV using the USB cord and I have a 75 inch TV so you're right up on. It's no fun I wanted to I'm gonna take the controller into the Walmart in my town and show him a receipt and see if I can just exchange the controller for one that'll hook that will hook up if you could help me out with those and contact somebody I would really appreciate it.
