Just like brand new, no scratches, works great.  , comes with all the accessories(HDMI Cable, One Controller and power cord) and free trials(2 weeks Xbox live and 1Month Game pass) and same manufacturer warranty like the brand new one. Paid only $229 for it. Best deal hands down.

Honestly I got so impatient like when you go to tracker the little blue circle didnt move at all and at one point I got really worried so I started checking it every 5 min to the point I stayed outside and waited till the Xbox came and when it did I got so relieved and happy :)

Controller that came with it wasn't an Xbox compatible product, submitted a return 14 days ago and still haven't received refund so I can buy my boy another Christmas present, horrible , wouldn't play Xbox x games

Bad product didn't deliver as marked

Do not order from this person. They do not send what is described and beware that your unit will be beat up and scratched up. They use a stock photo and you get aftermarket accessories while advertising genuine

Xbox WiFi didn't work

Very misleading product description. Claims to be a Microsoft factory re-certified console, but everything arrived thrown into a random box (with Amazon prime tape!!). It arrived scratched and dinged, and does not even remotely look refurbished. The description makes it sound like this is shipped from an actual company that handles refurbished items, but the sender listed on my package was a random individual and not a company.

Misleading product description

Do not buy! This is not a Microsoft refurbished item. It was thrown in a large box with the remote and plug in cord loose in box. It was dirty and scratched up. Came from a PAWN SHOP (Pawn America). How can Walmart allow this from their website? I paid $400 for garbage sent to me. It's just unbelievable Walmart would do this to loyal customers. I've bought refurbished before on other electronics, however, they were refurbished from the manufacturer. This was not a 'Microsoft' refurbished item as indicated in the description on Walmart's website. So very disappointed with Walmart.

DO NOT BUY!

Renewed “like new”… yeah no. Console came separate from controller. Console NOT in good shape. The controller sync button not working, couldn't connect controller, so I couldn't even boot the system all the way. Controller sent doesn't work(won't turn on and stay on). Console did not come with power cord. 2 other reviews from this seller are not positive either. Spent almost $300 for something I can't even use. Will be returning for sure.

Buyer beware

The system would not make it past the setup/update screen. An error message would pop up each time the update was attempted. Spent hours troubleshooting, tried resetting, power cycling, etc but none of it worked. After awhile it would no longer connect to the tv. The disc eject button was also not functional. Poor quality product, returned the same day I received it.
