Loved the chair but was disappointed when I took it from packaging and saw it had a small cut on the back leather portion. Certainly was not going to repackage and send back. Generally great product, comfortable and very easy to set up - 30 minutes max.

Easily assembled. VERY comfortable.  Exactly what I wanted. Perfect size for smaller rooms. Would recommend it highly.

Great Chair.

What I liked about this chair was that it's very comfortable and I was actually able to sit in it for a long time.
Cons..the cushion was a little thin and not a lot of support for my back. Wish it had a pillow that I could put in the loose part in the back of the chair to support my back more.
I ordered this chair, because  I started working from home, great price and I loved the color!

Working from home chair

The installation was not easy but not impossible too. Some parts did not not fit exactly and needed to be held in place by someone else while I screwed in the parts. 

Otherwise great! comfortable, perfect for its price! good back support!

Great but not perfect

I bough this chair because it was relatively cheap. It was very easy to put together. At first it seemed like I had gotten a good deal however after sitting in it for about 45 minutes it felt like I had been sitting on cement. If you plan on sitting in this chair for a long period of time you might want to spend a little more money to get something of better quality.

Uncomfortable

I bought this chair back in late August of 2020 and received it in mid September. It's been great but I noticed that it was really crooked about a week or so ago. I looked at it and the bottom plate that held the chair to the legs is completely cracked. I've never had an issue with it before and it's been great, but it's a bummer that it lasted less than a year. And it's too late to return it because it's been 10 months.

It broke in less than a year

Quality is ok. Screw holes not drilled correctly and screw caps do not fit properly. Not deigned to be a long term chair.

It's said in the advertisement that it would hold up to 500 lbs. When it arrived the information that came with it states the the capacity is only 300 lbs. It has no give in the back and is narrow at the sides.

Very disappointed

I'm going to be as detailed and as clear as I possibly can although a lot of what I'm going to say will sound very confusing.
But follow me here.

This chair needs to be put together so it does have screws it also has a screwdriver in the shape of an L.
IT'S 5 TECHNICALLY SIX LEGS.
FIVE OF THE LEGS ARE AT THE BOTTOM WHICH CONNECTS TO WHEELS.
ONE LONG LEG FITS DIRECTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THOSE FIVE LEGS AND CONNECTS TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR SEAT.

NOW LET ME SAY THIS, THE WHEELS HAVE A SMALL METAL PIECE THAT'S SUPPOSED TO FIT INTO A HOLE  OF THE LEGS AS IF YOU NEED TO SCREW IT IN.
The METAL PIECE CONNECTED TO THE WHEELS DOES NOT UNSCREW.
THE HOLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LEGS DOES NOT ACCEPT SCREWS.

Now back to what I was saying the wheels have a tiny metal piece that should fit neatly in a hole to connect the chair to the will but that screw doesn't come off because it's not a screw.

I hope I explained that correctly.
Basically you're screwed if you buy this chair!
You will not be able to use these wheels I promise you won't.
your only option would be to go to home Depot and find some compatible wheels to put on to this chair.

as for that six leg the long leg that fits in the middle of all five legs and attaches to the bottom of your seat yeah that leg.

There is no way this won't fall back off once you pick up the chair.
There's no screw to keep this leg in and no screw to keep it attached to the bottom of your seat.
To sit on this chair means you're okay with falling right on your butt.
because it's not attached safely there's no attachment to keep it stable in this chair was $87.78 with the warranty.
I spent $87.78 too much because at this point I am just looking at this chair and stumbling on over it every day.
I've requested for a refund and I will be getting it.
If you're fantastically skilled and have other screws and other wills this may work for you.
But I guarantee the pieces that this chair came with does not work.
It's compatible to somebody's chair but not this one.
Not this type of chair.
