We needed a sturdy large comfortable chair for daily use and this seem sot work fire.  the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the lumbar support adjustment is finicky

We moved recently and our new home office is right off the living room, near the front door, and very visable. I wanted to purchase a great-looking, well-built, comfortable office chair. This chair meets most of those qualities. This is a very classy looking chair at an affordable price. It supports your back well and I like the arm rests. The leather seat, however, is not very soft. Wish there was a little more cushion/padding to it. My husband put it together for me. Took about 90 min. to assemble. Said it would assemble easier with another person helping. Instructions were good and everything fit as directed. I am happy with the chair, except for the seat. I believe this chair will last me for years to come. Made of sturdy materials.

Very Efficient

This is a very sturdy chair and very well made but the seat is hard as a brick.

Today is the last day I have to make up my mind if I would keep this chair, and it looks like it's going to be returned tomorrow. As the other reviewers observed, I did get a delivery in a box that appears to have gone through WW2, and devoid of instructions.

I wanted a chair that makes me sit up, pushing my back toward the desk. This chair does that, but only when the screwing-type mechanism in the mesh back that adjusts that movement has reached the very end of its length. The result is that the (screwing) mechanism is loose. So I either have to leave it loose with my back barely where I want to be (I'd really want a little MORE forward!), or screw it back in leaving my back reclined a bit rearward of where I want to be. I don't like that.

I like that the armrests are height-adjustable.

My biggest complaint is that the leather seat padding is too thin! I weigh only 145 pounds, so I shudder to think what a heavier person might experience. After being seated for a couple of hours, I have to find a pillow or pieces of memory foam I have lying around here. Not good. This chair goes back to tomorrow.

Bottom too thin!

Received this chair in a box that look like it had been mauled and taped back together a few times over, but the parts inside appeared not to be damaged.

Constructing the chair was frustrating. Not in difficulty, but rather in clarity... there was no instruction manual!! I had to guess how to put it together... luckily I had put a few similar chairs together and thus far, it hasn't collapsed on me (yet).

Overall the chair is pretty comfortable, but has a very cheap feel about it. The leather on the seat is poorly fitted (too loose) and wrinkles, and the handles to adjust the incline/height is clumsy at best.

Decent value considering the cost of similar chairs, but I'm not so sure I'd ever buy one of these again.

Somewhat sub-par quality...

Bought 2 of this online from Sam's after reviewing what was available.
It appeared sturdy and comfortable but one of the wheels broke off after the second day and the cushions of the arm rest looks like it is already in use for months.
The back support is very good as is the cushion. I have not tried this product but the last task chair I had lasted 6 years

As soon as I sat down, I knew that it was not a chair for me. It was so uncomfortable. Back support too low – maybe not for tall people, I am 5'8”-. Seat so hard, you cannot be seat more than 30 minutes. It looks very nice. I really like it but not usable. I returned it.
