I have used this dehumidifier for over a month 24/7 in my damp/humid bedroom in a basement and find it is the quietest dehumidifier I have used Ever! Not whisper quiet but at least half the noise of other humidifiers! Seriously this is worth the $ ! Get this one! After using 3 other brands of dehumidifiers with exact same capacity+ability this is by far the quietest. Thank you! I can now sleep thru the night!! This dehumidifier has the ability to empty via a drainage hose (hose not included) which is handy if you get tired of emptying the bucket. The filters are easy to access and also easy to clean and put back in place.

Midea is much better than the defective 60 pint we had to stop using due to the fall 2021 dehumidifier massive recall. This 50 pint Midea works better at reducing moisture and drying up mold. As well as it dose not effect our house electricity when it comes on as our recalled dehumidifier always did. Hopefully the Midea will also use less electricity as well.

It pulled a surprising amount of moisture out within the first 24 hours. The WiFi connectivity is super convenient, I love being able to check the humidity levels from my phone without having to go downstairs. It's relatively quiet for its size and very easy to set up. Highly recommend!

Powerful, efficient, and smart!

Great dehumidifier.  Removes large volume of moisture in air quickly, and very importantly quite QUIETLY.

Important NEGATIVE, water tank is badly designed, full of nooks and crannies, many corners and curves.  So will be hard to clean in future.  For same readon, though the bucket has a handle to help carry when full of water, the odd shapes make it difficult to empty without spilling water.

In sum, great dehumidifier operationally.  Crappy tank shape hidden by smooth exterior, not functional for emptying or cleaning.

It worked great. We purchased a flexible hose to connect it to the floor drain. Never had a problem with it the entire season. The humidity dropped noticeably and there was no lingering musty smell. I would highly recommend it.

I bought this dehumidifier in June last year. Starting this spring, I noticed that it has frequently begun freezing after the compressor kicks in. The manual says this is normal, but it's behaving differently than last year when it worked efficiently. Now, it runs all night in a humid environment, yet no water is being collected in the bucket, and I only see frost on the coils.

Recently, I moved the dehumidifier to the main floor of my house to monitor its performance. It seems to be running fine, but still, no water is being collected in the bucket. When it was in the basement, I used a drain hose, so I didn't notice this issue earlier. It feels like the unit is tricking me.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles, je le ferais! Nous avons utiliser ce déshumidificateur pendant quelques semaines seulement pendant 2 saisons. Moin que 2 ans après la date d'achat, il ne fonctionne plus… il semble le faire mais il ne collecte plus d'eau. J'ai appeler le service à la clientèle mais aucun recours de mon côté, il s'en va à la poubelle, et plus jamais je n'acheterai un de leur produit!
