[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I think the vacuum is good; however, the power head that is included with this model is hard to use. I have high pile carpets and want the Cat %26 Dog Plus because of the pets I have. I would like to keep the vacuum; however, exchange the power head for the adjustable one. 

I contacted the company, but since I purchased the unit through Walmart, Walmart will need to address my issue. With that said the power is incredible.
