this is hands down the best drugstore eyeliner. is not on the soft and creamy but stays on until you take it off without smearing.  The only drugstore liner I've ever found that works as good as it does. Great buy. highly recommended.

I'm not much of a makeup person anymore, however, Milani is the only thing that I'm not allergic to. It is an All-Day wear, with minimal smudge. Drawing a straight line depends on the operator. I don't think it makes you look like you have oily eyelids, but everything with always have complaints. I love Milani!

Love this!

I live in a hot and humid climate and this eyeliner is the best I've tried that stays in place. I use it in my upper water line to define my lash line and it glides on nice and easy, no hassle. I use the After Dark color. I'm 62 and have tried so many eyeliners.

Stays in place and very pigmented.

Love this make. Many other brands need a pencil sharpener which causes a lot if wastage and the wooden outer casing scratches the eye. It lasts a long time, does not irritate the eye, is easy to remove and is great value for money.

Excellent Waterline Eyeliner. This is an intense color for your eyes. I have dark brown/black eyes and this definitely brings out them out. It stays put and does not budge by end of day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with this eyeliner! I've tried a lot of eyeliners in the past, but this one really stands out. The color is a beautiful, deep shade that's perfect for both day and night looks. It glides on smoothly without tugging at my skin, and I love how precise the application is thanks to the mechanical pencil design.  What really sold me on this eyeliner is how long it lasts. It really stays put all day without smudging or fading, even on days when I'm running around or sweating a bit. I can't say that about most eyeliners I've tried!  The price is also fantastic for the quality. It's affordable without compromising on performance. Overall, I'm definitely going to be repurchasing this one. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glides on smoothly and stays put.  I like the dark brown color, 02 Semi-Sweet.

Smooth and long-lasting

Goes on smooth and easy. However, if I'm not cautious throughout the day, the liner goops in the corners of my eyes and bleeds down under my bottom liner => raccoon eyes.
Easy to maintain as long as I don't let it go too long. 
Sure wish I could find a liner that I don't have to constantly fool with and worry about.

Not "Stay-Put" On Me...

This product that I didn't like at all because once you turned the knob and went to put it on your eye, it would break off and it wasn't a meltdown kind of eyeliner. It was almost like you had to burn it to get it warm. I ended up throwing it away.

Doesn't blend easily and pencil completely dried out as lid keeps falling off. Used for about a day then had to bin it.
