[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] as someone who has suffered from having the worst taste possible in eyeliner selection my entire life, i can confidently say that this liner has single-handedly rescued me from my the housefire of my runny-eyed past. the tip of the wand is flared but stiff, allowing for fun, calligraphic strokes, but also perfect precision, making this the holy grail for beginners and experts alike. even my tiny knee corners have never been sharper, taylor swift approved. i can confirm that this is perfectly waterproof and dries at a pace that allows for quick fixes if you made a mistake yet also guarantees zero smudging. as a happy medium between all specialized eyeliners, the milani matte is the goldilocks formula and a must-have to elevate your makeup odyssey.

Eyeliner

Definitely does not stay for even an hour. If I even touch my wing, it smears. The applicator is really nice and has good precision but with it not staying like advertised, puts a damper on it for me

I wouldn't recommend this eyeliner

I loved the applicator and it went on smooth and easy to control but it is not waterproof or even water resistant. It smudged so easily so the title of waterproof was misleading.
