Amazing addition to the packout system especially if you have he dolly rolling base unit. Got to make a movable tower setup! 
I'm a DIY and don't have large surfaces around the garage so I bought 2 of the worktop unit to help me work under the hood and around the car!

Actually much better than I expected even from Milwaukee I should've known it would be a great product, I actually use mine as a somewhat portable desk for paperwork in the field.

This is a very handy and productive product

Great to have a work surface that I can take to the job site

A great work surface

Nice level flat work surface keeps things from rolling off. I have a small suction mount vice that I use on it. I have no plans on drilling holes in it.

Excellent work surface.

I primarily purchased several of these, for the sole purpose of mounting items on top. I found another use for the work tops, as I needed a place to put my framing nailer. There are slots on the side and I was able to use hang my nailer there with the rafter hook.

This comes with several screws and nuts to fasten the wood top to the packout connector. The top is also removable.

Great for when you need a flat surface to work on

Great product once again in the seemingly infallible Pack-Out product line. Here it is in a nutshell folks, my $0.02 is: Why not offer interchangeable surfaces, beyond the wooden / laminate one. For example, why not offer components sold separately, like a cutting-board style material insert, perhaps one that is magnetized/ performs a function somehow.

It's great, yet the designer in me says..

So far the work top works great. The only issue i have is that the table does move around a bit when locked in. Also i wish i knew what type of vise grip i could put on it. It showed a picture of one but doesnt say which one will work best. Its a nice smooth surface to work on and throw the laptop on when i need it.

I like the worktop. I would have liked some screw/bolt hardware to secure work top to the plastic packout base.

Good product, comes in handy

The entire packout line is brilliantly designed and very useful -  which is why this is such a surprise.  The rest of the line is very neatly stackable and yet this has at least one inch of overhang on each side.   We literally use the packout boxes by the hundreds in vans,  work trucks and shops - every customer wants a portable work surface so this would fit the bill - except its wider by nearly 2" than the any other item in the stack and so it does not fit into spaces in vehicles or workshops.   It also looks terrible - one of our customers said it looks like a mushroom - had to laugh, but he was right.    Not really sure what they were thinking when they designed this it simply does not look like it belongs when attached to the stack.        We had to resort to manufacturing our own work surface - it costs more, but it looks and works a lot better.   Please fix this,  we could sell a lot of them. 

Not really sure who thought an oversized lid was a good idea on a neat stack.  ##FAIL
