Received as a gift and could not ask for a better one. Even with the 1.5 batteries this thing is powerful and can do a lot on a single charge. 1 battery with a single charge removed more than 90% of my 6.2l engine, the hood and fenders from the truck it was in and still has plenty of charge. This took, like all Milwaukee tools, will NOT disappoint. Extreme tools for extreme workloads. I would recommend this tool to everyone except my enemies, let them work harder. 😃😃😃

I like the 55 ft/lbs of torque even with only 200 rpm max. I usually needs it on 8 to 10 bolts or fasteners normally found on car brake jobs, alternators, starters, or some hybrid system components. Not much in a hurry but more torque to loosen is important. This ratchet is perfect. Compact and  powerful. The 2.5ah 12v battery  size, and performance is perfct for this tool.

Easy to get tool and tight places where other tools can't reach.  Tool is very powerful and it's really nice because you can finish the job As the tool stay solid on the nut or bolt to finish the tightening job. I highly recommend this tool.

Fantastic tool

This is a game changer.
The long reach slow turner is faster than me, torqued bolts to 55, and reached where I couldn't. 
Battery lasted forever, even with a 12 year old one!
As my right thumb is mostly useless, this is considered a necessary enabling device now.
Market to all, but seriously enables those who aren't able. Heavy, though. Tells me it's made well.

It's got a lot of torque but it isn't an impact driver. Break the nut/bolt free by hand first. If you can't, there stands a good chance that it won't either. Huge time saver for running nuts and bolts up and the 90 degree angle allows you to get in compact areas and remove items  that manual ratchets have no room to swing.

Milwaukee M12 fuel 3/8" ratchet

Solid and durable feeling ratchet with the rigidity and strength to back it up. The overall size of the ratchet is good not too bulky making it hard to get into tight areas and it is strong enough to break most fasteners free. There's always room for improvement but with the jobs I have used it for so far it has more than earned its spot in my toolbox.
