This foot rest is very stable. It is also adjustable by applying pressure with your feet allowing you to readjust as needed. I like it so much I bought a second one for hubby so he'd stop borrowing mine. If your spending long hours at your desk this will help with swelling in your feet and legs.

This the best thing that I ever got it helps with my back and legs sitting for several hours working from home.

Great product. I put it on our boat beneath fishing chair...keeps feet up and reduces lower back pain ...able to fish for longer periods and stay comfortable!

Well made, great product!

I like the adjustable feature and nonslip surface.  My feet feel a lot more comfortable when I sit at my desk for a long period of time. This provides continuous support and comfort because I am able to easily adjust positions as needed without having to getting up. It could be a bit more sturdy. Shifts sometimes when adjusting position.

It serves the purpose for foot elevation if you sit at a desk for long periods of time.  I wish the height was able to be adjusted (raise it up more or lower it) There are probably better ones.  Overall, its ok.
