Very sleek looking. Easy to assemble. Holds quite a few lighter jackets wonderfully. Only downside is that if you tighten the screws too much you will scrunch up the pole

After I figured out how the pc went together...the directions were very vague..it was easy peasy

Instructions not complete to explain assembly of 80  parts (mostly repetitious). End caps required reinforcement to keep from splitting during installation. For price, I am still satisfied with item.

Need to be a little bit handy to assemble.

I frankly don't like this one as well as I do my older clothes tree, but this new one went together easily and is holding up well thus far.  I tend to overload it at times.    It was packaged securely with all parts and directions included, and it came in a reasonable length of time.

A pretty good purchase

The assembly directions could have been better. It used photographs rather than diagrams. That would have been fine, but the photos are a little dark and fuzzy. Once I got it together, the only thing wrong was that it tilted a little. Still, it is functional, and I didn't feel like returning it.

The directions were very hard to read the print was very very smsll and the instructions   pictures did not show the parts clear enough to figure them out. I had to call and go online to try and figure out how to put the coat rack together if I can't figure it out it will  be returned

It isn't worth buying.  It's so flimsy that when putting it together the metal flattens out and then the little tabs won't fit on it.

Junk

I was very disappointed when I received it. The screws would not work with the Allen wrench they gave you I had to borrow a drill. There were sharp pieces and I cut my thumb. Most of the caps did not fit and I was given too many of one and not enough of the other so one of them is not capped. If I hadn't invested so much time and energy. Putting it together I would return it.
