I have twins and one has minecraft and the other didn't so dad had to resolve that issue because sharing is apparently not caring when the switch is involved. needless to say now they both have a copy, they are happy and content. decent price and very speedy delivery, actually same day by surprise, and this dad appreciates it. calm has been restored upon the household.

quick and easy resolution!

For kids and as a gift this is amazing!! The value is great and it runs perfectly!! There are some issues when you load into a big server but other than that its great! The ease of use is super simple. Insert it and run it!! Comes with a Mario skin as well. Long story short its AMAZING.

I bought this as a gift for my son. He has very restrictive interests and this game is a HUGE favorite of his! It came early and he was more than thrilled to get right to it.Would absolutely recommend it to anyone, but especially children that enjoy building/ getting creative, have restrictive interests like my son, or someone that enjoys a survival type game that is more kid friendly with lots of options. I even enjoy playing this game in my 30's!

Fun for almost anyone.

I know it is a great game, she plays it online already. But she wanted a Nintendo Switch, and one of the games she wanted was the Minecraft game. I got it for my daughter for Christmas and I know she will be thrilled to open it Christmas morning. Thank you.

pretty straight forward Minecraft. You can play online with the Nintendo online Subscription or just play offline solo, split screen or by connecting with local players. We just play in house together and haven't attempted the local connection.

My daughter loves playing this on her switch. She was using her iPad, but the game used her battery so quickly. This was a great alternative!

I recently got my switch and I've been trying to find minecraft but didn't wanna pay the expensive prices!! So this was a great option and so affordable! I love the video game and I play it everyday, not a scam it works perfectly, but my only complaint is that it came 2 days later than it said it would. I was waiting 2 days thinking maybe somebody else got my package then it finally showed up, it was "out for delivery" for 2 days it was a little upsetting cause I was so excited to play, but other than that I love this product an the fact that it's the physical chip for such a affordable price!

Amazing product but came late!

Kids love this game, but setup is a headache for parents. You will need to set up a Nintendo Switch profile with an Online subscription to play with friends, but the real trouble comes with creating a Microsoft account. Editing their account settings is a nightmare.

Furthermore, the game thinks that all your child's account settings are reset every single time you restart the game, so you have to log them out and then back in whenever you launch the game.

The game is fun, but I only recommend it for local split screen play. If you want to do cross-platform "Bedrock Edition" play, do it on another platform than Nintendo Switch.

The included Mario skin-pack is pretty cool, though.

Fun, but riddled with issues

it works fine but i bought it primarily so i could change the version the game ran on to something a bit older (for nostalgic reasons, i prefer older versions of the game to the current one now) but the way minecraft is designed for the switch, you're not able to revert to a previous version and have to go along with the minecraft updates that are pushed out :/ other than that the game is fine, i just wish i could go back to minecraft 1.21. the game has so many updates now that i can't keep up with all the new stuff and would rather play a version i grew up on

disappointing

I bought this for my 8yr old and excited to give it to her because she is amazing at the game. To mine and her disappointment the game has horrible graphics the voice playback sounds like a robot with a bad case of Laryngitis. The graphics glitch constantly. A capital F all the way around. Before I purchased it I read other reviews and discovered that the open case games though a bit cheaper they did glitch on the customers. I didn't want the same experience and decided to buy an open one to avoid the issue. Highly disappointed in Nintendo for selling such garbage to any loyal consumer base.

Minecraft (Nintendo Switch) game cover featuring blocky characters and animals, including a pig, sheep, and wolf, on a grassy hill. The Nintendo Switch logo is displayed at the top left, and the Super Mario Mash-Up pack is highlighted at the bottom.
