Our contemporary living room has a significant slope to the ceiling. This ceiling kit worked great.

Angled ceiling adapter

I have 45 degree ceilings where I installed two fans.  These adapters worked perfectly to fit the down tube to the ball and accommodate the controller module.

Perfect fit.

Bought this accessory as a "just in case" when we bought our MinkaAire fan...didn't know if our ceiling slope would require the adapter. As it turned out, we did need it and installing was easy.

Not quite what I was expecting

The electrical box was oriented 45 degrees off from the plain of the ceiling. Therefore, the locating pin did not index with the mounting bracket. So, the fit of the ball in the socket is kind of funky but it works.

It works

Ordered 2 MA slope adapter to hand on minks raptor fan with a 24” pole and one with a 36 pole. Both areas have sloped ceilings. An licensed electrician hung the fans and he said the adapters were not well made. Both fans shake on medium to high speeds 
I'm very disappointed

Slope adapters don't work

I purchased this because it was stated that it worked for high angle ceilings. It did not allow the ceiling fan rod to hang directly down to the ground. Seemed to be sitting off. I ended up retro fitting the old bracket, luckily i made it work.
