This Rack fit right onto my bike without any problem.  It came with all of the hardware necessary to install it and it's well made.  My only complaint is the weight.  I knew how much it weighed when I bought it, but was surprised when I felt it in my hands.  I have a Bontrager rear rack for my bike and it's aluminum, so it's extremely lightweight compared to this.  That is the only reason it isn't a 5 star review.  nothing wrong with it, just heavy.
