[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was just what my furniture needed. I have some vintage mid century modern wood furniture that needed some love, but I wanted to keep the matte but clean look they orginally had. I used this on the top sliding doors of my 1962 console stereo. It had some minor scratches and had lost it's luster.  This product brought life back to this piece! It's easy to use, kind of like car wax buff it on then buff it out. I will always keep a container of this stuff around and can't wait to try it on other pieces.

This is a great product.  I used this to seal a farm table recently built and stained with a penetrating stain. This was so easy to use and left a beautiful finish.  It has a nice soft glow to the wood and makes the wood look and feel so soft like it was professionally done.  This was the first thing I've ever made and stained and sealed with a wax.  So for me being new I was presently surprised how easy it was.  I'm very happy with the results.  The first photo is before I added the soft touch finishing wax and the last two is with the finishing wax.  It turned out just beautiful.

Beautiful Results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the wax on a chair that I found in the dumpster that was painted with chalk paint. When using this product it's less mess because it doesn't drip and it's easy to clean up. The product spreads well across the wood it get in all of the cracks. It buffs out giving your product a beautiful shine but matte finish. I love that the product dries fast it only took an hour. Once the project is finish you get a soft smooth finish and that's exactly how you it feel when you touch it plus it looks every elegant in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friend!

This is a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Minwax Soft Touch finishing was the other day. I was working on a dresser that needed finishing. I rubbed the wax on according to the instructions. It didn't take too long to dry. Then I buffed it a little. The finish was very nice. The cleanup was very easy. I just threw the rags I used away and wiped my hand with some mineral spirits then washed with soap and water. I was very happy with the way my dresser turned out.

Easy to work with

It was just what I needed to give my cedar chest some sprucing up.I followed the directions and I buffed it out just a little and it didn't take long to dry. The finish was very nice. Soft Touch Minwax Finishing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This finishing wax is smooth and easy to spread. It is a nice option if you don't want to use polyurethane. It is easy to apply multiple coats if needed to achieve the look you want. The resulting finish is excellent!

Excellent results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I repurpose furniture and decided to give this a try. Usually after stripping the layers of paint off you have beautiful wood. I tried the minwax first time. Wow I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to bring out the natural wood look. It dries relatively quick compared to what I was doing and it's smooth. A+++ product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a finishing wax. I have always just stained or painted pieces. I do love and trust Minwax products. I use them almost exclusively.
I wanted to give the Minwax Design Series Soft Touch Finishing Wax a try. I used a tshirt rag to apply a bit of the finishing wax to a table I'd chalk painted.
You just apply a bit to the piece. If you get too much, you can wipe it off easily.  You then buff it off and you're finished.
I never have like the shiny finishes on furniture. If that's what you're looking for then don't use this. It leaves the surface with a nice, matte look. I wasn't sure what a "soft" look was going to be but I'd say it's like a softer matte look.
I am already using this on other pieces I've done! A little goes a long way so don't let the smaller size of the container fool you.

Finishing Wax

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mid-century desk needed some love.  I got Minwax Soft Touch and applied this all over the desk with a clean white cotton rag.  The wax is very easy to apply and a little goes a long way.  The results are great and leave the wood very soft to the touch with a wonderful matte finish. There is no smell or tacky residue left behind.  So glad that I found this product!

Great Results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wax was easy to use, as it was softer than others I've used and spread easily and quickly.  It gave the chairs I was redoing some life again by highlighting the wood grain. The color was more matte than expected which is the only slight downside. I'd recommend the product to others, as it came in a smaller sized tin so it doesn't dry up like other brands.
