Product DescriptionKeep interior wood projects looking beautiful with Minwax Polyurethane Wood Finish Aerosol Spray. This oil-based clear sealer protective coating protects and adds long-lasting beauty to woodwork, furniture, doors, cabinets and floors. The clear top coat is one of the most durable coatings for wood protection against scratches, spills and more. It can be used on both finished and unfinished wood projects, and is available in a variety of sheens. The fast-drying formula allows for quick recoats in 4-6 hours. Application Directions:1. Surface must be dry and free of old finishes in poor condition, paint, wax, grease, polish, dirt or other foreign matter.2. Sand to obtain a smooth uniform surface. Remove all dust.3. If desired, apply Minwax stain to unfinished wood surfaces. Follow directions for application and dry times.4. Shake Minwax Fast-Drying Polyurethane vigorously for two minutes. Shake for 10 seconds occasionally during use.5. Protect adjacent areas from overspray. Wet overspray can be removed with mineral spirits.6. Hold can vertically 12 inches from surface. Depress button fully and spray using an even, sweeping motion with slightly overlapping strokes. On unfinished wood, apply sufficient material to seal open joints, edges and end-grain.7. Apply a THIN coat to avoid runs and sags. Recoat within 2 hours. If unable to do so, wait a minimum of 72 hours, then lightly sand and recoat.8. Apply at least three coats on unfinished wood and two coats on surfaces already finished.9. This spray worked perfect on a think 8" diameter branch that we cut and then agreed with tea and light but if stain.  the blended colors of the wood showed good.  once this was applied, the colors really came out.  the gray skin like bark darkened to a burnt color that really made it stand out.  Did so good, we are using it to hold our rings in our wedding.

This is our finish spray on about every designed wood bowl we make .  Drying time is great and the finished look is super !  If you have a craft try this on bird houses, wood bowls or wood objects.  Get the best finish you can get on wood and be proud of the finish.

Minway fast dry polyeurathine

When applied correctly this product has never disappointed me. It creates a beautiful finish and holds up well. Follow the instructions to a T, and it will treat you well.

Item needs to be completely dry between applications.  If you accidentally overspray an area already treated, it will take much longer to dry.  It will take awhile to finish my table, but so far it is looking great.

Convenient, effective wood sealer.   I like this product and would recommend it to anyone wanting a high gloss finish on their wood projects.

Excellent Finish

Could have covered better. A pint can will go further. You cannot tilt the can much or it will spit.

The cans are better.

While I loved that I could spray this directly on the wood and there was no dealing with a brush, I don't feel that this gave much coverage.  I used the whole can on an unfinished wood potting bench and while it was definitely better than nothing, I feel like it will not last as long. I was able to do 3 light coats on each piece of wood before assembling it but it didn't feel too much different than uncoated wood.
