Enjoyed this rice with my keto dinner the other night. I find the texture like boba or tapioca. Pretty good when mixed into things. Needs to be washed really well. No fishy taste or smell after. Will buy again.

Great option

Great substitute for rice lovers. Follow as instructed. This rice has no flavor so before sauté add some butter or ghee(clarified butter) to make it flavorful

Great during keto diet

Not bad for what it is, especially you don't know the difference.  A lot healthier!

Low carb rice

I use these to replace white rice, they have helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle. (Make sure to wash the funky natural smell off of these before cooking)

Taste great, looks like rice, I used a teaspoon of Avocado oil And a teaspoon off powdered jerk seasoning wet one cup of mixed vegetables and a pinch off  Himalayan sea salt. Taste amazing.

Love it

Great for stir fry. Absorbs flavor of whatever you seasoning you use. Nice as a side. Not recommended for soups. It becomes gummy and loses all texture in soup.
