These headphones are amazing! I bought these after doing some research and reading PC Mag's review on these and tried them out before I bought them. One of the best headphones I've listened to. So glad I got these instead of spending $150 extra on another headphones with the same quality.

My kids love these headphones... They have parental mode and kids mode....there is a light that let's you know when the headphone are set to parent or kids...red for parent's and blue for kids..thes sound is also clear.

Headphone for young grandson

Bought these headphones for my son's 4th birthday and boy does he love them! They are made excellent!! Come with 2 tangle free headphone coords (one with mic & volume control) and battery that makes them light up (white - nabi mode / red - parent mode). They are also very comfortable for toddler, kid, teen or adult size head. I wore them (to test them out) for over an hour and they didn't bother me at all. My son wore them for 4hrs 30mins straight on a recent road trip (event slept with them on).

My son initially thought they were the iconic Beats by Dre headphones. Nevertheless, he put them on and hasn't taken them off since. The quality of sound (highs/lows) are very comparable to any high quality headphones on the market today (Beats, Monster, Bose, Sony, etc). Love how the nabi mode keeps the volume at a lower level for him. The headphones are made of a high gloss material and easy to wipe greasy/dirty finger prints with a cloth or wet wipe.

I also purchased a TNMT cover so he can "personalize" them...

One thing I must mention that ALMOST caused me to return them was the button that slides back and forth from nabi mode to parent mode got stuck in the middle and caused no sound to come out. My son came to me a few days later and said his headphones weren't working. After some trouble shooting (plugging them into different devices and using both cords) I realized it was the button stuck between nabi and parent mode.

Best kid headphones on the market and you'll definitely get the most bang for your buck!!
Or you can just spend $10-20 on a cheap pair of headphones that don't look as nice or sound as good and replace them several times... you're choice!

Excellent for toddler or older!!

Last year we purchased a cheap pair of headphones for our boys (6 & 7), not knowing if they'd use them. Well, they did and obviously the cheap pair didn't hold up long. They're getting new iPads for Christmas and we wanted a nice set of headphones that wouldn't fall apart on them. After days of researching, we purchased 2 sets of Nabi Headphones. The child/parent feature to limit volume when kids are using it is a big plus! They are nicely constructed, seem very durable come with two cords (1 extra) in a very nice foam secured packaging to keep them looking great. What I wasn't expecting was the awesome sound quality; have to be honest here, I gave them a very thorough "test" while wrapping gifts. No doubt, the kids are going to love these as much as the parents! Worth EVERY penny!

**The headphones only come in red, check out the "Kinabis /wraps" to add more personalization. (Nothing like accessories for your accessories, but they are pretty neat).

Even Better Than Expected!

Great headphones for a beginner

This was a Christmas present for a kid. My question--they want that much for headphones? I couldn't believe how much they cost! Not just nabi, and not just at Walmart, if you've been shopping, you know Walmart's price on these is hard to beat. However, that aside, these have a good sound, with parent mode to allow full range of volume and kid mode with volume limit (light on outside to display which mode is on). Very comfortable. These are new, so I can't speak to durability or life expectancy. So far, so good. The kid loves them, btw, sings like she's the only one in the world when she has them on!

They cost how much?

Bought it as a gift for my son to be used at school. He's very pleased. I was surprised when I tried them on. Sound quality is superb and the look is very sleek.

Only negative is that I wish they were wireless and didn't have to operate with batteries. As he uses so much, battery drain pretty weekly. For the price, you can't complaint too much!
