Common faults and handling methods: 
 
1. Check whether the power supply is normally powered on. The indicator light on the power-on display will show the temperature, but it will not light up if it is not powered on. 
 
2. Under normal power-on condition, the water flow is turned on, press the key on, the machine starts heating, and the water heater displays: water outlet temperature 3. If the temperature does not rise, there are two possibilities: one is that the temperature control switch (overheat protection switch) inside the water heater jumps, and press the temperature control switch once to recover The other is the heating pipe failure, which can be replaced 
 
4. If there is a display that does not heat up, and the display lamp turns around, it means that the water flow does not pass through the water heater, or the water pressure is too low, or the installation direction is wrong. Pay attention to the correct installation of water inlet and outlet. But if the water pressure is enough, and there is water flow that does not heat up, then check the turbine at the water inlet of the water heater. It may be that something dirty is blocking the turbine, causing the water heater to not start 
 
5. It is recommended that the length of the water outlet pipe of the water heater should not exceed 3 meters. If the length of the water outlet pipe exceeds 3 meters, there may be water pressure difference due to the length of the water pipe. If the water pressure is not enough, the water can not be started (If the water tower is used in rural areas, the height of the water tower is required to be higher than 10m to make the water pressure reach the starting value) 
 
6. The display screen shows E1 overtemperature, E3/E4 or temperature sensor failure. First cut off the power, pass the machine through with cold water, and then use it when powered on. Pay attention to the use of water flow not too small 
 
7. The heating tube fault displays E2, and the heating tube needs to be replaced&ldquo;
