I bought several. In one container I put a bag of cat food. In another container I put the bag of food for the dogs. It keeps them from going through the bags and keeping their food clean. The containers are rigid and very solid with the lid barring both sides. They can easily be removed with one hand. I can even layer the containers one over the other. This is a very useful purchase.

Super functional!

After returning to my home, I realized that one of the handles (clips) was missing.  On my next trip to the city (50 kms away) I returned it with no problems .Then I went into the store and bought one that was in perfect condition.

I bought this for keeping cat food in. Works perfectly. Locks are easy enough that the kids (5 & 8) can open them easily, but good enough to keep the cats out.

Ordered 2 of the small pails for dry dog and cat food.  They work fantastically.  They hold just over 8kg.

I was looking for a compost can that was a little bigger than the usual "hold one day's worth" size but 14" X 14" is bigger in real life than I imagined. It is 6 gal (24 L). Most compost cans are 1 gallon or smaller. Cute but useless, right? I had even checked with my measuring tape before I bought it. My original thought was to place this on my counter as you would with any compost can but this comes up past my knees when it's sitting on the floor and is just as big around. Too big for on the counter. "Ya Think?" Am I disappointed? No. I'm actually quite happy. I'll just have to find a different place to put it. It looks like I have a dry garbage can and this compost can. Or maybe I should say 'wet can'. LOL

Walmart is my go-to store to buy things, because of the prices and especially the great return policy. I also prefer to buy local and stay away from 3rd party sellers. I received this item in good shipping speed and is just what I wanted. I had purchased two of these items before many years ago and they have stood up, so I bought another one that I needed.
