Dishwasher Durability

Suitable for various craft and art projects.

Simple operation with minimal effort required.

Provides a glossy surface on various materials.

The fact that this mod podge is waterproof is wonderful.
I have not only have used the Mod Podge as a sealant but I have tinted it with the color I like as well like a colored glaze.

walmart.com

Dishwasher safe does not mean food safe. Consumers need to know if it is food safe or not. Unfortunately, many think it is the latter simply because of the former.

Thoughts

Worked great for a project I did. Easy to apply and dried fairly quickly in between the coats. Great price online and couldn't find in regular box stores.

Mod Podge dishwasher Safe

First time buyer of this particular variety. Have a small wood sign I want to put in the bathroom and since this says you can put item in dishwasher it would work in the bathroom too…it does! Will likely purchase again when needed.

Reliable standard

This is NOT the modge podge of the 70's that was more like a paste. subject to water damage... this one is a durable beatiful sealant for your art, baked or air dry clay project. Very happy with the action of this product!

I have used this product in the past. It seems to have gotten thicker as this time I had to thin it a bit with water to minimize brushstrokes. This required (I thought) that I use more coats. The drying time was long but my climate is quite humid. I have not tested it in the dishwasher yet. Over all I still like the product.

I bought this product online because it was not in the store. I bought it to put on some mugs i am making for Christmas presents. It goes on good and dries clear, I just don't like that it says it takes almost a month to cure, whatever that means, I guess before it can be used or washed plus I read on another review that it(the mug) cannot be put in the microwave, but it doesn't say that on the bottle itself.

Good product

I really hate rating things I've only just learned to use. Wanted this to make sure the stickers the kids put on their snack boxes won't fall off. put a small layer with a brush but you could still see the brush strokes not matter what. May be human error I don't know.

Human error

Caused some peeling of the paint under it, but it worked well enough. Wouldn't trust it with a dishwasher though - would hand wash

Really like using this product, however, the most recent delivery of a Mod Podge bottle ended up leaking everywhere - the lid came completely off. How does something like this even happen?
Won't be ordering from Walmart anymore. Finished with their poor customer service.

Walmart Fails Yet Again
