Constructed of a soft, supple padded seat, the Juno offers up to 300lb users an easy option for adjusting height position. Each stool comes with a gas lift tested to 100,000 operations. The height can be adjusted up and down which is perfect for Reiki therapy, massage, tattoo, doctors, dentists and other practitioners. <p>An adjustable height gas lift strut system with 360� swivel complete the stool giving bounce, rotation and flair! The whole stool stands on a sturdy chrome frame and has 5 high quality rolling casters enabling the user to roam freely on hard floors. I have hard time standing too long due to breathing problems and this stool lets me navigate around the kitchen to prepare a meal. The height is just right for me to prepare food on counter and roll to the sink to clean up. It is easy to put together.

It is not very stable for a person weighing over 175 pounds. Subject to tip over if it hit a carpet. A heavy person will cause the height to go down a couple of inches. It does not reach the 27 inch height it is supposed to. You can not return it to Walmart. It must be returned to the third party supplier. They  Also charge a restocking fee  of 15% and shipping if returned. They also charge the free shipping charge,  Maybe more if not resalable. You cannot disassemble the base once it's assembled for return.
