Okay so I ordered it and got it in like 2 or 3 days when it was suppose to take a week to deliver so that's a plus uh the box was kind of damaged but everything inside was perfectly clean and fine..no smell on the mattress it inflated instantly and it's  such a comfortable bed..it's firm but it's still soft and comfortable  um I'm 6'2 and weigh 235 for comparison (I got the queen) and this bed is the perfect size for me I'm in love with the bed and would recommend it

But the company did an excellent job curating both the ease of tech like mattress delivery with a durable medium firm feel that has no hint of any overtly or trace of hybrid feel. I sell mattresses for a part time position and am well versed in the many untried fads.

Great Deal

Is not 14 inches thick.  More like 12.  Springs in the base are about 10 inches.  The springs go all the way out to the perimeter edge with no side pad.  This doesnt seem to hurt anything, but seems less finished. Support is good.  I think with less foam on top to compress, there may be less sag on each side.  Pretty firm feel, but I like that.  Overall...., good after 4 nights.

I bought this mattress because of the innersprings and for firmness and size. I needed a queen size mattress(which is what I got). I have had this mattress for 4 days now.  Of course had to wait the 24 hours for it to decompress, ok no problem there waiting.  So it has been 3 days now and it is still only at 11 inches height. I bought a 14 inch mattress as advertised!! This is NOT a 14 inch mattress it is only 11 inches. I hate when companies advertise one thing but in actuality it is something else.  It is a very comfortable mattress! It is firm! You will not sink down into the mattress and not be able to get up.  I have arthritis in my hips and back. I have woken up these past 2 days with out pain in my hips and lower back.  So mattress is very comfortable.  I just think that if a company is going to advertise a 14 inch mattress, then that is what they should sell  a 14 inch mattress! Not an 11 inch mattress.  For that reason alone is why I gave the mattress a 3 star.
