I have the same story as John C.  Our faucet was installed by our builder, MI Homes in 2023.  About 18 months after we moved in the faucet became stuck in the sprayer mode. The sprayer can't be serviced so it must be replaced at a considerable amount of money.  I would not recommend this product.

We have had this kitchen faucet installed for 2 years. Over the last few months, the wand button would start to fail. Sprayer mode works fine, but switching to solid stream, the sprayer holes would still distribute some dripping water. The issue has gotten worse over the last month. The wand button does not fully set into solid stream mode without constant pressure applied. Do not recommend purchasing given poor quality / durability of the wand.

Wand Button Failure - Not Durable

I was sent a replacement spray head, hoping the problem had been fixed.  After a little more than a years time the same thing has happened it is constantly stuck in spray mode.  Is there away to clean the part so that is will work

Faulty design

Wand gets stuck in the spray mode and makes a huge mess every time we use it now. Have had it for less than 2 years. The replacement part is incredibly expensive for only being able to last a short while. I do not suggest you buy this product.
