Just a quick wave of the hand turns the water on and off. My husband and I find we save water by frequently using this easy feature while doing dishes or washing hands! Love this feature!

Love Saving Water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet is by far one of the coolest things in my kitchen now!!! It was very easy to install for someone who was not really experienced in plumbing, and has made my kitchen look so modern! I love how I was able to connect my google home to it too! I love the touch turn on, that tells you the temperature of the water by color. Overall truly impressed.

Modern upgrade!!

The install of my moen faucet wasn't that bad. Once it started working it exceeded my expectations by far.

Worth the $$$

Just saw my faucet today. Not very hard to install, but I had a plumber do it. Really love it, but we'll see as time goes by.  And absolutely love that motion sensors. But they will take some good news.

Motion faucet

Setting up the connection to use the smart feature is anything but smart! It doesn't recognize your account so you have to reset password, so you do and when you return to the app, it has started over and then you enter this loop going through this over and over. After a few tries your email blocks incoming email and then you can't even reset your password from the Morn app and then try connecting again. Reviews were right that this is a tedious and annoying problem. Otherwise it's great except that I paid extra for smart features and didn't get it.

Design Nice, Smart Feature is Not Smart!

I bought this about 2 months while doing a kitchen renovation. The faucet looks nice and the hand sensor works great. The problem is all the smart functions. they work less than half the time. I will say the exact words that Alexa and Moen suggest to get the faucet to dispense an amount of water or a certain temperature and it almost never works. The only smart function that works consistently is turning the water on or off which is not why I bought this unit, especially when the hand sensor already does that. I was really hoping this product would be extremely useful in the kitchen, besides just looking nice. Unfortunately it feels more like an overpriced dumb faucet with a hand sensor. Hopefully the app functions and firmware will be updated in the future to make this faucet function better.

Faucet looks nice, smart functions barely work

Most of the advertised features are just frustrating.
Trying to connect it to a voice assistant, failed so many times that I gave up. The success stories that I read online, pointed out that the required verbage to get the faucet to work, was too cumbersome to use daily. "Alexa, activate Moan Faucet to dispence one cup of water'. REALLY? I can get a measuring cup and turn it on faster than saying all that, especially when you have to repeat it three times!
If the Oil Rubbed Bronze with a wave sensor on top, was available without wifi and voice assist in the style we chose, we would have bought that instead. You can't even truly adjust the water flow. It will decrease very slightly if you move the handle, but it shuts off before you can get the flow down to a level you want.

Not worth the additional cost for voice control.

Faucet will not turn off! No power is getting to the faucet and there is no way to go around the motion sensor box to directly hook up water lines. We've tried everything. Had to turn water off under the sink.

Faucet won't stop running!

I'm waiting to exchange this expensive faucet for another one.  After 2 days, the top sensor stopped responding  & I had to shut the water off under the sink because the thing kept turning itself on, wasting water.  Replacing the batteries did nothing.

Lasted 2 days
