Nice faucet

We just remodeled our outdated kitchen and love our new Matte Black Faucet!  It looks beautiful with our white counters, black stainless appliances, and matte black sink.  We have had so many compliments on it.  What a great addition!  Thanks Moen for making such a wonderful faucet!

What a Sexy Kitchen Faucet

Just installed it and so far I love it. The height of the faucet makes it easier to do dishes. The handle feels smoother and easier to control the water temperature. I love my new faucet!

Looks great!

We've had the Moen faucet for a month and love the looks and quality. But when using the rinse spray function it sends a fine spray on your clothing. Is there a way to dial down the force of the spray or to make it less fine? Thank you.

Nice quality faucet, but emits a fine spray

This faucet replaces another Moen faucet that worked perfectly well until a small aerator popped out, and the spray splashed everywhere!  Called Moenand was told that my estimated wait time was 75 minutes…. After waiting an hour, my wait time was 85 minutes.  So I left a call back number and have not yet been called.  I. The meantime I ordered the Sleek.  It's a very attractive and functional faucet, but the plumber ran into problems because the hot and cold water leads were mislabeled.  It's expensive to have the plumber redo his work b/c of this error.

Frustrated dealing with Moen

Just remodeled our kitchen in July 2025 and the 8764BL looks great. The only problem is it runs and drips long after you shut it off. They replaced the cartridge and that did nothing so they replaced the whole faucet. A couple of days later it started as 3-4 drips after you shut it off now its back to what the old faucet was doing and its only been 5 days. Don't know the next step yet but this is not going to work. We have all Moen faucets in our house and have never had a problem so I'm hoping this is isolated to this model

Looks Great

I purchased this faucet for my new kitchen from a plumbing supply store. It was installed by a professional three days ago. It started dripping yesterday. Every time I turn it off it drips for about ten minutes. And today there is a second issue. When I try to put the head back in place it drops about 1/4 of an inch!

Three days old and it won't stop dripping

This faucet leaks and requires you to replace entire faucet when it is less than 4 years old.  Disappointed and frustrated since this is in a new Del Webb community!
