We have had this faucet for two years now. It has operated flawlessly until last week. I phoned MOEN, they troubleshoot the issue, guided me to the correct website and are sending the repair part.

If I could give this sink 0 stars I would. I was cleaning the behind this faucet when the motion activation turned on the scalding hot water and I burnt the daylights out of my arm. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I deeply regret purchasing this faucet.  The faucet will not stay tight to the counter and constantly needs someone to crawl underneath and tighten it.  It cannot be left to drip in cold weather, as it will turn itself off, which resulted in my line freezing and water all over my kitchen cabinets/floor.  It's also very difficult to get anything less than a full stream going as the faucet is largely either fully on or completely off.  Between the weight that pulls the sprayer back in and all of the parts for the motion sensor, it takes up a fair amount of space under the cabinet.  Overall, it's been an endless hassle.  I've lived in many homes and never regretted purchasing a faucet before until this one.

Buyer's Remorse

We paid to have a professional plumber install this product and it has not worked since day one. Sometimes it does not turn off and sometimes it does not turn on. We have to remove and reinstall the batteries to get it to reset or just to turn off! Now we have to pay the plumber to come and remove it! This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased! Do not purchase this product!!

Installed this faucet and liked the features, but the handle hub broke after just a few light uses.  I tried to glue the piece but it didn't work either.  The hub gets a lot of pressure from the handle and can't believe it's made of such weak plastic.
