I installed the Eva in one of my bathrooms at home and love this faucet the style is attractive the price point fit my budget and the quality/craftsmanship is great. Super easy to install and its hard to beat Moen's lifetime parts and finish warranty. I have since replaced all of my faucets with Moen products

Great Lav Faucet

Moen customer service replaced a faulty Moen WS84900 Kleo faucet.  This Eva model 6400 looks a lot nicer and the extra 1" height helps with bending over the sink.

Faucet is very sculptured and looks great with contemporary design.
(I used w/o base plate) One caution is that Moen brushed Nickel finish has a slightly yellowish cast.

Beautiful faucet

This is a beautiful upscale design and performance faucet. I enjoy seeing and using it every day. I am very proud of it.

LOVE IT!

Purchased 2 Eva 6400 bathroom faucets from a plumbing supplier. Installed by a licensed plumber. one faucet has a definite hole in the arc of the faucet and corrosion around the area. Previous reviews also have shown this problem with the manufacture of this product. It is very difficult to know if Moen warranties or stands by its products.

Poor quality manufacture

I really do like the style, design, and functionality of this faucet, but I'm sorry to say that the finish on the area around the spout is corroding after only 6 or 7 years. It looks like the clear-coat is separating and the water getting underneath is causing the metal to corrode. It's in the downstairs guest bath, so not even heavy use, and no harsh cleaners (really only the occasional wipe-down with a rag). I have the oil- rubbed bronze, so can't speak for the other finish options.  I just noticed it recently, although it looks like it's been happening for a while. So I'll be contacting Moen under the warranty, & can only hope they come through with no problems.

Oil-Rubbed Bronze Finish Corroded

I have 3 of the Eva faucets in my bathrooms, one in the primary bathroom and two in the master bathroom. Even though the faucets are pretty and I loved that they had matching shower fixtures, I am not happy with the sink faucets. All 3 are corroded along the seam of the arc. I have tried to get the aerators out so I could clean from the inside but it's impossible with the plastic tool that comes with them.

Pretty but not Impressed

I have this faucet in a bathroom in a rental house I'm living in. It was corroding when we moved in and that process has accelerated over the past year.  There's a chunk of it that's actually missing from corrosion.  I would not recommend this faucet. with the bronze finish to anyone.  This faucet is not going to last much longer and I think it's pretty expensive for a faucet that only lasts a few years.  The original owners no longer own this home, so there's no way to trace the warranty.

The registration process does not take into consideration that when hardware is purchased through a contractor a receipt is not available for proof of purchase. I did keep SKU barcodes from packaging since I knew I did not have a receipt before I started this process.
