We have had this faucet for a month now and really love it. We had it professionally installed which enabled us to fine tune the faucet hose length and grip to our deep sink. I worried that the two sensor version would trigger inadvertent water turn ons from the front sensor so I was thrilled to see this new version with only one sensor on the side. When I am cooking or have really dirty hands the sensor is wonderful & responsive. You can also choose to use the handle instead, depending on what you are doing. Because the faucet won't work without a power source (the only negative) we chose to install the optional AC adapter kit so we do't have to worry about frequent battery replacement. We still have the battery option for backup should we experience a power outage. I also love the spray hose and so far it has gone easily back into place. We chose the Spotless Stainless version and it is beautiful. So far it has only needed a quick wipe as dirty hands never touch it! I highly recommend this faucet, it has added beauty and enjoyment to my time in the kitchen.

This new version of the Arbor is perfect for us!

Purchased this faucet after lots of research. I was attracted to the touchless feature. My wife was skeptical & felt no need for it. Now she agrees that the Arbor touchless feature is awsome. I installed this unit myself. Except for a few plumbing adjustments under the sink (Pex connections had to be replaced) it was relatively easy to install.

Touchless is really useful

We just installed this, but it's got great features for cooks, eliminating possible contamination when working with raw meat. Well engineered!

Practical for cooks

The cartridge is way to sloppy for my wife's liking. Have had unit installed slightly over two years now, and the handle began to wobble a week ago. Thinking it was just a loose set screw, I tried tightening it, but it was secure. Took the handle off, and found the cartiridge movement was exceeding my expectations. Thinking I could tighten the cartridge I consulted the internet, but all I find is that the cartridge is non-servicable, so I am going through customer service and the warranty!
Tried to add video, but took my own, nothing to do with you-tube

Handle is loose and sloppy Motion Sense #7594EWORB

Hose sprung a leak after only 3 years of light use.  The warranty says proof of purchase receipt is required.  Who has that?  This was installed by the builder so obviously I don't have a receipt.  If a product truly has a lifetime warranty then a receipt should be unnecessary.

Poor build quality

We have had nothing but problems with this 1 1/2 year old faucet.  The last straw was today when we were told by the Moen phone help that it appears the motor had gone bad.  The kicker was Moen will send a new one to arrive in 2-4 days.  What are we to do to wash dishes in the meantime?  Then I have to pay someone to install it.  I'm done.  Went out and bought a new faucet without all the technology .

PIECE OF JUNK - do not buy

We had this faucet initially installed by the builder of our new house. Faucet is beautiful and conveniently fits our kitchen. If it worked reliably we would write good review. However, 2 weeks into our  moving into our new house it stopped working. Motion detector did not respond to our motions, water stopped running whether we motioned or not. 
Since it has lifetime warranty we had our builder's plumber replace our initial facet. After about 4 more weeks of work the second facet failed for the very same reason. It was replaced again. Now we had our thirds faucet failed for the very same reason!
We strongly do NOT recommend this faucet.

7594E Arbor MotionSense Brushed Nickel single hand

Moen was kind enough to send me a couple of replacement parts to try and fix my eight month old faucet.  In emails the sent me Moen recommended that I clean the line screens, I did and I emailed them back telling the girl I was dealing with that I did and the screens were perfectly clean and it made no difference in the operation of the faucet.  The next day I received a new hose and a screen, unfortunately the hose was put in a small paper shipping bag and was folded so it would fit and has a kink.  I changed it anyway after a few days of laying flat and stretched out straight but that didn't cure the problem either.  The next day I received another package and this time I got two new screens.  I've got another idea, why don't you refund me my purchase price, I'll send the faucet back and you can research it, and I'll write a glowing review how Moen refunded my money and made a 20 year plus Moen customer completely satisfied.

Response to Moen on a fix

My faucet was installed in Oct. 2023, it's now Jan. 2024 (4 months for folks that don't feel like counting) and the motion sensor has completely failed. I only have manual function at the moment (at least I can still use it I guess). Tried all the 
troubleshooting to no avail. Womp womp…
