Great Kitchen Faucet, love the long neck.  No more struggling with getting large pots filled with water or even cleaning them. Sprayer is very convenient and easy to use.

Well it took my plumber quite some time to take out the old faucet but only several minutes for him to put on this new one. So I only used it one day, but it works great, and I expect it to be working for 10 years like my old Moen faucet! The pull down hose is long enough for my double sink and I don't have any retraction issue that other reviewers complained, which should be resolved by adjusting the valve weight beneath the sink.

easy install and great quality

I have suffered many inadequate faucets. When this one caught my eye at my sister in laws house just recently, I knew I had found the right one for me. I rushed out and purchased it immediately.  It is the best ever. One other thing that played a part was that a plumber told me that Moen was the best product on the market. I now am convinced that he was right. I am totally sold on Moen.

Best Kitchen faucet I have ever owned

Moen's pulldown Sarai kitchen faucet looks and works great!  Easy installation for a mid-level DIY 63 year old.  The old kitchen faucet would not "lock" in the spray mode and the high water flow in the old faucet resulted in a significant amount of splash on the counter.  The water flow in the Moen is perfect, very little to no splash on the counter.  The faucet can be installed with the single on-off handle to the left, right or front.  The counter-weight to retract the pull-down head is perfect and holds the pull-down head of the faucet firmly in place.  I'm looking forward to many years of trouble free use.

Easy installation and works right out of the box

We replaced an old ugly faucet with this elegant beautiful pull down faucet with power boost.  Wow!  Not only does it look great, it was so easy to install. Such a Quality product as always.

Moen kitchen faucet

I installed our new kitchen faucet and love the features and am enjoying using it.  It replaced a faucet that was 28 years old and love how easy it is to use!!!

Great Features!!!

I bought this recently and am happy with the quality so far. The faucet handle has a good level of resistance to be easy to turn on/off, but not feel tight or loose. My only gripe is that the base plate to cover the 3 holes could use a screw in ability to hold it tight to the holes.

Solid construction and fairly easy to install

Easy to install and works great..... My only complaint is they don't provide you with a cap to plug the unused hole in the kitchen counter

Works good but not good planning on parts

Just installed 2 days ago so I am still adjusting to the faucet operation. This faucet was a good choice for me. It is a great new look for my kitchen. I like it.

the sleek design caught my eye

Instal was easy and like the faucet, but it's already leaking at the handle after just three weeks. Sometimes the drip is immediate, other times it takes a few minutes before it starts dripping. I'm sure it's only going to get worse. Unfortunately didn't have time read the reviews before purchase or would have bought something else.
