I have all Moen products in the bathrooms. I had an issue with one of the valves breaking on a Saturday- (had to turn the water off in the home), and was able to call customer service to get help suggesting I get the part from local hardware store, and gave me the part number.. Moen also sent the part out ASAP and I took it back to the hardware store for a refund.

Being open to help to get the part number was very helpful!

I recently changed out my Kohler Kitchen Faucet, because of the wonderful service. I am not Kohler, which is a good company, but I also wanted to have all of my plumbing the same, which it is now.

Just installed 2 faucets and love the style. Con of this faucet is it leaves water spots unless you wipe it every time you use it.

Just installed, had a minor problem, however called Moen and a new piece is being sent as we speak.

Great service

We replaced the faucets in all four of our vanity sinks with Moen Eva.   The installation was relatively simple and the results look really good.

Beautiful Looking, Fairly simple to install

After 11 years, we needed to change out the cartridges because there was a slow leak. Well, that wasn't happening, they were so calcified and Moen didn't send us the cartridge removal tool, so it was impossible. As we dug a little deeper we noticed one of the hoses under the faucet was hanging on by a thread. It was a non threaded one so we ended up just ordering an entirely new faucet and installing that, just seemed like the easier thing to do, even though these faucets should last a lifetime. Oh well.

Impossible to get the cartridges out!

So disappointed in this purchase. I finished 2 sinks and tub/shower fixtures, spent a lot of money on them too. Love the design but that's about all. It is not water spot free like they say and both vanity sink drains do not work. Read the same problem with another model. Should of stayed with Delta or Kohler

Not spot free and drain plug doesn't work

I purchased a new home and I have had Moen fixtures in other homes so naturally I choose Moen.  So disappointed in the finish, these faucets spot even with my soft water. Love the style but not the quality or spot free fixture I was looking for, and they were not inexpensive!!  Any suggestions on how to keep the spots at bay???

Nice faucet but spots are insane

Bought this faucet about 12 years ago- both taps seized and it was replaced by omen with us paying plumber to replace. The replacement has been in place for less than two years and the cold tap handle is starting to seize. Other taps in our home we have had in excess of 25 years without issue. Clearly not good quality and I regret buying it. Furthermore just replaced old shower head and taps with Eva to match the 8 in vanity taps

Poor quality

I bought a new home with these faucets in all the bathrooms. We have had issues with the operation of one of these. It disperses water funny and the handle are hard to turn. Also the finish on couple of the drains is coming off.
