Great product while it worked for the first 8 months then screen went blank and does not turn on.  Customer service phone line doesn't receive warranty calls and website does not give an email address to contact for warranty claims.  Any assistance would be appreciated considering there's no way to use shower now.

Product works exactly as designed. It was easy to install for my plumber and simple to setup from a Wifi standpoint. The only missing star in my review is the lack of either an Amazon echo skill or an IFTTT option. That would make this perfect.

Coolest Digital Diverter Ever

I finished our bathroom remodel almost a year ago and still convinced I made the correct decision installing the U. The way I looked at it was, I'm going to have to purchase a temperature valve anyways. Won't have to purchase a trim kit or a diverter valve. Also two less holes for plumbing under the shower heads. It's also nice having a night light in the bathroom that doesn't take up a plug.

Worth the money

Installed and connected to the internet. Unfortunately this thing even just getting direct from the manufacture has 2 year old firmware which doesn't have all the features listed. Tech support just has you do the basic unplug wait 5 mins and plug back in. My unit is stuck on firmware 1.0.6 when it should be on version 3.0+. Clients not happy and I'm not happy

Great Idea but falls short and tech support is no

This Is amazing.  We had a difficult shower to renovate because the shower was located between two pocket doors and there was no room for the shower valve.  Our previous shower was a fiberglass shower with thick walls where the valve was located.  This U by Moen was the perfect solution for our new tile shower.  It works so well and being able to set the temperature is wonderful.

Incredible

Bought this primarily for our son with Down Syndrome who is unable to operate and regulate a regular shower. The Moen Digital System allows him to independently operate the shower with no chance of accidentally turning on scalding water

Life changer!

Had this thing for a better part of a year.  Hasn't worked right after month 1. Shuts off all the time.  Getting new pieces sent to me already.  Just a lot of money spent on another unreliable piece. "Smart"

Piece of expensive junk.

I purchased three of thees for my newly constructed home. Setting up each product using the Moen app was simple, however when I turn one shower on using the app, two bathrooms come on. I assume with three of these in the same network cause conflicts. I'm hoping in the future Moen would:
1) Update the Moen software to a new fresh user interface.
2) Make sure this product can interface with Google Home. (currently only works with Alexa)
3) Would be cool if pictures could be uploaded to change the background blue image.

Good product with some minor modifications

When the U by Moen is working, its a life changer. We have this configured in an Amazon Alexa environment with the ability to simply request that our preset be turned on using our voice. No one gets wet pushing the buttons, and it is a great overall experience. The issues began a few months ago when Moen added the direct Android and Apple Homekit updates. During the first update we had to entirely reset and rebuild the setup technically for it to function again. As a one time change in software direction that was fine, but then this week another update caused the same issue to happen again. When we purchased we didn't realize that we'd be forced to have the configuration done through HomeKit or Android. Using the Moen App + Alexa Skill worked great for us and if we could we'd stop all updates and go back to that version. Since the HomeKit and Android only setup options came into play the ecosystems have not integrated with each other well. 

If you don't intend to use any smarthome integration, I'd give this a 5. The unit is attractive, has adjustable brightness, aesthetic pleasing displays, and the buttons work well. Install was also a breeze. Until the software shifts for smarthome setup and compatibility stop, I'm forced to give this a 3 as we dread those mornings where we go to use it, realize it updated, and are going to need to re-build it all once again that day.

I have had the TS3302TB and S3102 for a few years now.  But the strangest things are happening.  First of all, I set the TS3302TB to a certain temperature and the TS3302TB starts and then stops, as it should.  Then I press the resume button and the show is at the right temperature and I step in.  AND HERE IS THE STRANGE THING THAT HAPPENS: The shower is get hotter and hotter until I need to step out. The display does not show the temperature rising.   I lower the temperature and the water temperature goes down, but not to the temperature I set it at.  This seems to happen every time I take a shower.  I'm sure 

Also, in the middle of the night, the light of the TS3302TB is lit.  I set the unit so the light stays off, unless in use.  So what is happening there??
