Love the look of this faucet and the fact that the faucet swivels. Both my kitchen and bath have Moen faucets and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend this product.

It looks very nice. It also has lifetime replacement of parts. So far, so good. The brushed nickle finish is spot resistent. It comes with gizmo to remove the screen and clean it periodically. That is a plus here in FL with all the sand and sediment in our water.

great faucet

When i decided to remodel my bathroom, there were two reasons that I decided to purchase this faucet.  One reason, is that it is beautiful and functional.  But the most important reason, is that I was replacing  Moen faucets that came with the house when i purchased it 26 years ago.  They still functioned perfectly.  I changed them because they were  chrome and i was changing everything to a brushed nickle.  Great job Moen.

The design is not only functional, but beautiful.

I will never buy a faucet that is not Moen and I have recommended it to many friends!

greatest warranty

I was looking for a new faucet to replace the builder grade faucet in our downstairs powder room. We are potty training our daughter and the previous faucet sprayed everywhere and it was super short so her hands couldn't reach to the water.

This was the style I was looking for. Simple with 2 handles, and a tall spout that came up farther from the back of the sink. The water comes out of the faucet in a nice flow. My daughter is able to reach the water now which she is really happy about. Also, I don't have to bend over slightly anymore to wash my hands, which I hadn't realized I'd been doing until I started using this new faucet.

I also like Moen's warranty.

Great for Powder room sink

I purchased this and installed it the same day. It was an easy install and it looks very nice. I like the ability to swivel the gooseneck, and the tool to remove and clean the aerator is easy to use (I hope I don't lose it.) Only issue: the aerator reduces the water output slightly but it's not a deal-breaker.

Did an inexpensive facelift of my master bath, in preparation of selling my house. This faucet had everything I was looking - updated styling, gooseneck faucet, and the best thing of all, the swivel feature on the faucet. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the placement of the lift rod - it's kind of hard to access. Other than that, it looks and work great.

Love this swivel faucet!

Purchased 3 faucets and we are unable to close the drain completely because the lift rod is at an angle instead of straight up like the moen faucets that we replaced. It would not have occurred to us to check for how much clearance needed.  Appears to be a design flaw. With cost of faucets and plumber installation, we still  do not have fully functional faucets.  Also new faucets do not seem to be as heavy duty as the ones we are replacing.

Disappointed in functionality

I just paid a plumber (they did not appear easy to install) to install two of these in my guest bath. I had to have him come back and remove the pop-up function. Unless you are a person with extremely small hands, this feature is useless.
I cannot rate durability as they are newly installed.  The swing faucet feature was a nice surprise. I liked the design of the handles. But I'm going to have to go back to old school rubber plugs if I want to fill the sink with water as well as temporary filters to keep things from falling down the drain; there's no clearance behind the fixture to allow for adult size hands number two the product allows the feature.  And as far as I know, the only way to replace them will be to once again pay a plumber to come in and do the job. I feel pretty stuck with them.

Pop-up feature negates swing faucet olus

The design style on this faucet is beautiful, but unfortunately both times we have purchased this exact faucet it has began dripping. The first time, the plumber confirmed that it was a faulty faucet, so we returned it to the home improvement store we purchased it at and exchanged for a new version. Less than one year later, this newer faucet is dripping now too. I am sad to say that we cannot recommend this product.
