Got this for my living room rug against vinyl flooring at my apartment. I had some some research and read a ton of reviews about which rug mat would be best for both floor protection and give some cushion when stepping. This rug pad definitely checks both categories! Also good to know that I can just flip it over if I want to use it on carpet flooring. I recently got a roomba as well and it has no problem getting over about 1/2 inch thick pad/ rug combo. Definitely recommend this product!

Relatively easy to cut down to size with a razor blade. We even cut smaller pieces to put under couches and now they have a grip that keeps them in place and protects the floor.

Works perfectly

I like the quality and thickness. It was about 3 inches too wide and it was a little difficult to trim. I would rather it be too wide than not wide enough.  Nicely made.

GoodQuality

Very good pad. Have (2) 8ft x 2.5ft high shag runners in hall way on into bedroom. (End to end = 16ft). They would slide and bunch up until I put this pad down. Now my 80 year old wife can still shuffle her feet as she walks on it. I bought one carpet and cut it in half; perfect.

Nice effective pad

Both the rug and pad are as advertised, however, the pad is about 1.5 inches wider than the rug but it does not affect the use of it. The rug appears to be very well made and the price was affordable and cheaper when you compare it to like products offered by other outlets and dealers.  Would I purchase it again? Absolutely!

Great product and priced right

Arrived on time and was well packaged. It is a little thinner than expected so even though it was rolled up tightly, it flattened quickly on the floor. A rug pad should be used for sure on hard surfaces. The colors are many and bright. We have a navy blue, a turquoise blue, some pink and even a little green. The pile is soft underfoot. Only a week here, the rug hasn't had any spots to be cleaned yet. We bought it to be used with heavy dog traffic so we will see.

Great so far

The pad has worked very well under our area rug. The 8x10 rug doesn't move - even with grandbabies and the dog running on it. The furniture is set beside it, not on it, so it's all about the pad holding the rug in place. We have engineered hardwood floors. I cut the pad so that the rug overhangs the pad by the recommended distance.

It works!

Good for my needs.  Exactly as advertised.  Deduct star & half because of the smell that took a time to air out.  Once laid on floor, still filled room with smell.  HOWEVER, I did not put anything over.  Just ordered to protect hardwood floor until I get new LVP installed.

Not quite as cushiony as I had expected compared to the rug pad I bought a few years ago at a local carpet store.  The pad stays in place on the wood floor but the rug slides off of the pad by just walking on it.  I most likely would not purchase it again .
