This came quickly, but the locks on the lid did not latch, the wipes were nice and warm until you take the wipes out and they are cool by the time they hit the skin. Nice concept
 I especially like the built in light, it makes a great night light.

I bought this warmer to replace another one that barely warmed up the wipes, even though it was brand new. This one is definitely better... but not perfect. It has different temperature settings but I have had to use the hottest setting every time, so no point in having the other options. The wipe is warm to touch but as soon as you take it out it starts cooling off. By the time it reaches the baby (2 seconds later), the wipe is probably closer to room temp, and keeps getting colder as you wipe. Better than straight out of the package-cold. It comes with a spring base that pushes the wipes up to get warmed from the top down. However sometimes this makes the wipes too tightly compressed that its hard to pull them out and they rip. And if I remove the spring base, the wipes are not close enough to the top to get  warm. I think the wipes should be warmed from the top AND the bottom to avoid this. I remember older wipe warmers being warmer than this and warming the whole pack of wipes. The spring on the base is metal, so I can imagine it will get rusty eventually after being in constant moisture for so long. Not looking forward to that. It also has a night light with 3 light settings. I have only used the lowest dim setting and even then it's too bright to leave it on at night as a night light. Would've been nice if it was much dimmer and then have the option to make it brighter. Even when it's completely off, the display has a light that is always on and this one is pretty bright too. So even though this warmer is better than the one I had before, I feel there is still room for improvement. For the price i was expecting better, but I bought it on sale so I will keep.

Better... but not the best

The design looks really cool and modern. However, the wipes are not getting warm enough, and they tend to dry out after being kept in the warmer for some time. That makes it less effective and a bit wasteful.

Not Warm Enough and Dries the Wipes

This CozMom wipe warmer did not heat very well even on the highest setting. It did not heat throughout wipe, warm in some areas but still too cool in others - same wipe. By the time I pulled one out and immediately used it it was already cool again. I gave it 2 stars because it did warm enough to be more comfortable than a shocking cold wipe. I even tried taking the wipes out of the package, that didn't help plus they dried out too quickly.
I would not recommend this product. Refund was prompt and hassle free and I appreciated that. Thank you!!

I order bit earlier and I stated using the product this week and seems like it's not working at all. As it's over 90 days I am unable to return but the product is 100% waste and looking for some help here. For me light is working but 0 heating irrespective of the mode of temperature.
