Not just for kids. Nice small desk...very utilitarian. Directions and parts labeled very well. Many steps to assemble, but not difficult.

It took to much time to assemble and quality isnt really that good 
Not worth the money !

I had high hopes for this desk however we just got it all together and the veneer on some of the pieces are bubbled up. It really looks terrible. I hate that we took hours to assemble this and now need to decide if it's worth returning and trying again.

Not great.

What an absolute piece of garbage. Holes not drilled in right location (or at all), not enough screws. Laminate is like contact sheet paper. Exposed surfaces (bottom of drawer faces) unlamented. MDF quality is really, really poor. Feet on bottom of right side of desk are lightweight plastic. This is claimed to be "Made in the USA". If so, I fear for the future of this country.

DO NOT BUY

This desk was horrible.  Such a waste of money.  Assembly took hours.  The holes were drilled incorrectly by manufacturer.  Once assembled the drawers would not close, they were all crooked.  If I could give it 0 stars I would have.

I'm shocked at how anyone could say this it good. The worst quality ever. It's laminate stickers peeling and cracking. Crappy particle board. Plastic feet. The drawers don't align. Just so so bad.

Very cheap quality.Totally not worth the money. The product came with a lot of damages and I will request for return for it

Don't spend your money on it

This desk is not worth the money. I had it for about two months, and I moved it a few feet, and it completely broke.
