Instructions

I originally found this desk on wayfair for about $100 more. Was thrilled to find it on Walmart. Delivery took 2 weeks, package is around 65 lbs and comes in one big box. I (25f) put it together alone in an hour or so — the directions had no written instructions and the diagrams were actually incorrect (didn't show the correct orientation of certain parts) but I was intuitive enough to figure out how the drawer slides were supposed to be installed, how the desk top was to be assembled, etc. I did need to borrow a drill to tighten the screws because I couldn't sink them in far enough to the pre-bored holes by hand. The desk itself is beautiful. Not solid wood and the drawer bottoms are thin, but when it's put together it feels solid. Drawers and shelves are not as deep as they appear in the desk image, my only disappointment but it's okay. Lots of desktop space, plenty for a mac desktop, a laptop, and a side to use as a makeup vanity. Overall super pleased!

Love the desk and it arrive quickly. However you have to read instructions first and when you put it together be careful when assembling the drawers. The instructions tells you one way to assemble but it would have been difficult seen as the sliding parts would be assembled covering one of the screw things and you wont be able to tighten them. So when assembling the drawers put it together and then add the sliding part.  When assemble the entire desk if the drawers arent aligned dont freak out, take drawers out and adjust the screw thats in the oval hole ( make them all up or down on both side of left and right drawer). It is obviously not a wooden desk, you get what you pay for. So dont expect this to be top notch quality desk, but for working from home  it serves the purpose and it surely looks great!

Great looking desk for the price!

Love this desk it's beautiful and exactly what I wanted but unfortunately Giving it three stars because of the difficulty it is to put it together, it took me two days. obviously with pauses and the drawers are even more horrible to put together. In fact I still need to fix it. The only advice I can give is in the instructions pay attention to the pictures and small details.

This is a pretty desk, but EXTREMELY difficult to put together.  I tried for 4 hours and then finely called my brother, who is an engineer, and he could barely figure it out.  The tough part is where to place the drawer tracks.

Pay extra for assembly!
