I used this to swing my Gen 1 Chromecast 90 degrees down so it doesn't show from the side.  Works great and at a great price.  I've purchased a lot of things from Monoprice and have never been disappointed

Great idea and design

The quality is good but I would like it to be trimmmed down a bit. In other words, shorten it up on both ends, not the actual plugins but the body of the 90 degree HDMI.

Just make it a little more boutique.

I had an HDMI cord that was jammed up against a wall and the connection had become a bit flakey. This fixed it.

Works great!

We use these with our Dongle Lockboxes to secure ROKU, Fire Sticks and other HDMI devices.  They work very well.

These adapters work great. They are high quality. I have never had any trouble with them.

Monoprice HDMI Right Angle Port Saver Adapter Review

I tried to use it with Monoprice slim 4K HDMI cable to arrange the HDMI cable to go sideway from the back of projector. The 4K HDMI cable is 15ft long and was doing great when connecting my Yamaha 4K receiver and the projector. However once I use the dongle, when the projector is displaying 4KP60 content visible horizontal noise lines appear. Sometimes more, sometimes less. As soon as take the dongle off, everything becomes normal and no more noise lines. When displaying 4Kp24 such as movies, it works perfect. So I conclude that the dongle doesn't really support 4kP60 signals.

Not full 4KP60

The unit needs to have one leg longer to clear the case of the back of a tv.  I should have purchased the hinged units.

while this angle adapter works, it really needs to extend out further.    Because of the short outreach, you can not plug in a cord as it will hit the side of the monitor or device.
