Product was shipped and arrived as expected. Product is quality CL2 rated wire. Perfect for use when running in or through walls.
Very happy with product. My wire runs (lengths) are about 50 feet. Wire quality is high, so sound quality to the speakers is as clear as if they were five feet from the stereo on professional quality wires. Used with 60-Watt 8ohm speakers.

Thumbs up to MonoPrice - speaker wire

I would highly recommend this product to anyone. I haven't put it to use yet but looking at the product itself I can see the quality. After working in the automotive industry for 30-plus years you know the quality of various items, especially wiring.

Top Quality Product

Great wire. I should know, I'm a retired union electrician. I love that it's rated for in wall use.
Using it in a 5.1 setup. Denon S960H, Klipsch RP-440C, RP-280F, RP-160 
The price is good on this at the time of this review. Copper is high, and compared to Monster cable and other brands this one is a bargain

Works as it should. I am pushing this to a pair of Focal outdoor speakers and this wire handles the current from a Yamaha amp for a fantastic sound. Each run is longer than 50? so it?s resistance is very nice. Inexpensive to boot. Would recommend.

Great stuff

This is the quality wire I was looking for as I'm setting up my home theater.  Very easy to work with and pulled through half-inch smurf pipe just fine.

Already order another spool

The cable seemed to be of good quality, but it didn't fit me needs. It was to be used for a rock band PA system speaker wire. The outer casing was stiff and not very flexible. It would have made it difficult to coil up for storage at time to break down the set. No free shipping for return. It would have cost $23.00 to return a $25.00 item. Not happy with that either.

Speaker wire

Appears to be very good quality, like all the Monoprice products I've tried so far, but too stiff for use in point-to-point wiring or vehicular applications. Also the cable jacket is significantly oversized for 2 conductors, leaving a ton of spare room in the cable. The likely reason for this is that Monoprice created a single jacket for its 2-conductor & 4-conductor solutions, leaving a ton of spare room in the 2-conductor cable. In terms of stiffness, this Access Series wiring may be a little more pliable than the Monoprice Nimbus Series. Probably a decent solution for conduit or plenum applications where its stiffness would be a plus or applications where you really don't care that the jacket is taking up twice the space it should be?

Very stiff wiring

I bought a 250 foot spool and one end of the spool was loose when I opened the box.  I tried to reattach and use like normal, but the end immediately fell off when I tried to pull wire.

It made this job VERY frustrating, and I could not get the wire to come cleanly off the spool.  I had to fight all 250 feet off of that spool - untangling and untwisting the whole way.

Wire is fine, but spool fell apart

The wire is WAY too stiff and causes issues.   

How stiff is it, you ask???? 

It's so stiff?.  The wire slowly putts itself out of the back of the Monolith Amp I purchased from Monoprice.  I have banana plugs with the wires but I have had to pull the amp out 3 times this month because the wires have dislodged from the Amp.  

I wish I could get a refund and get different wires to replace these so I don't have to keep doing this?.  VERY FRUSTRATING!
