I love these Monoprice CAT6A SlimRun cables, use hundreds of them at work to keep patch panels and server racks looking neat and clean.  Use them at home as well.  Good quality cables.

Get these if you don't like spaghetti patch panels!

These cables have helped us clean up our IT rooms, create needed space and assist with trouble shooting. We have had no connectivity or POE issues.

Excellent Cables!

We bought a few hundred of these, see attached photo for first 80 that were installed.  Difference between using regular Cat5e/Cat6 and these is like night & day.  For dense racks (70 blades) it makes bundles thinner and easier to manage.  They are almost as thin as fiber.  I've only tested them at Gigabit speeds, don't have any 10Gbase-T switches.  All 40 cables in a bundle sustained simultaneous 940Mbps with iperf test.
Only small nitpick is it takes some time to separate the 10-pack bundles into individual cables to label - I'll probably buy the multi-color 10-packs for next batch.

very clean installations

I get that these are especially great for dense rack installations. But I initially  bought a few 3 foot ones for all the media devices in the tv stand. They are much much less bulk and easier to hook up. 

Next I bought some 14 and 20 footers to use for patch cables from wall outlets to laptops and printers, etc. 

Finally, I just bought a bunch (6", 1 and 2 foot)  to wire up a new home network including a patch panel, switch and Ubiquiti gateway/firewall. Tested every cable and connection for 1Gbs. I know they are rated to 10G but not sure I'll ever need to test at home in my lifetime.

Less bulky and obtrusive, more flexible

I needed some additional cables, and I decided to replace one I've used along the wall in my living room and wow, it is hardly noticeable.  It also runs in front of my patio door, and because it is so thin I placed it under the mat, you can't even tell when you walk on the mat.

Impressive

I thought it'd be nice to use these for mostly temporary patch cable purposes and for short connections directly between devices.  So far the cables I've tried have worked well, and they are very nice cables.  I'm impressed by how small they are compared to the cables I usually purchase for this purpose (24GA cables from here).  I'll probably start buying these as my default for patch cables.

Very compact, but functional

This is really a good product, it does it's job and more importantly it is thin and takes up way less room behind all your electronics that other cables and is super portable. Would definitely recommend, I don't need its snagless feature as much but overall great cable

Really great and thin cable, replaced all my old Ethernet cables with this and it's great

I am replacing/upgrading our existing patch panel cables from standard sized Cat6 to this SlimRun cables.  It is much easier to see the patch panels and switches with this thinner cables.  Plus I have everything color coordinated but equipment type (computers, servers, network equipment and cameras/alarm/door entry) which makes it easy to see what is where at a glance.

The cables are great, love them. They come in bags you need to shred to get open which isn't so nice. It would be nicer if they were like the Fiber cables I also get from monoprice and be zip-locked so the bags remain useful until the cables are all used.

Frustratingly though the label says, and I quote: "MONOPRICE Monoprice SlimRun Cat6A, Ethernet Patch Cable - Snagless RJ45, UTP, Pure Bare."

All that is factual but once I've received them, rather pointless. What's missing? Color, oh but wait, I can see through the bag so that's OK. What else is missing? LENGTH! Yeah for 1 foot and maybe 3's I can guess. For 5's 7's 10's 14s' though it's a guess. Frustrating to tear open a bag (remember no zip) pull them out, undue at least 2 perhaps three bread ties, unfurl, and find out you have a 5 but need a 7. Stuff it all back in. 

How hard is it to indicate the cable length on the package??

We have been using flat cables for quite a while the my electrician introduced me to these slimrun cables.They look so much neater on a rack and when you're running big bundles of them is so much smaller and easier to deal with than traditional sized cat cable. The only downside is you have to purchase them pre-made I don't think they would be very easy to cut and put a custom tip on due to the size of the cables. I will be using these as much as possible on our server racks.

So much more efficient

I love the short cables, but they are very difficult to remove from the keystone jacks. Using any normal cable, I can remove from the keystone jack just fine. Using the Monoprice cable there seems to be an issue removing them from the keystones. It is extremely difficult. I tried numerous cables, and every monoprice cable I tried was identical.
