This item is better than any on the market, great quality, great value, and way better than the single pair found at big orange home improvement store.  Who needs to connect a single set of speakers anyway?  This works with 4 speakers and it's perfect.

Heavy Duty

Just what I needed to upgrade a Decora-style plate to add connections for additional speakers recently installed. Fits the standard Decora plate that was already installed. The binding posts are good quality, work well with bare wire and banana plugs.

The Monoprice High-Quality Banana Binding Post Two-Piece Inset Wall Plate for 2 Speakers works well and gives a clean finished look.
I am using this wall plate with the Monoprice Affinity Premium 14AWG Braided Speaker Wire with Gold Plated Banana Plug Connectors and the combination works well together. I highly recommend this wall plate.

Nice looking wall plate.

Quality seems good: gold plating, sturdy screw connectors, firm mounting.  But the horizontal holes in the mounting posts, which you need if you're using bare wires rather than banana plugs, seem to be oriented in random directions.  On some units they are horizontal, some vertical, ....  If they are vertical, they are difficult to use with stiff wire (eg. 12 gauge.)  It may be possible to remove the posts and reorient them yourself, but that looked like more trouble than I wanted to go through.

Good, inconsistent

These arrived in a timely fashion and are of decent quality.  My only complaint is that the cover screws are so heavily coated in paint that a standard screwdriver does not fit will in them, making it easy to damage the head when trying to screw them in. Other than that, install was straightforward and they do what I wanted.

Work Well

This does the trick if you're installing it in a single gang and use the included faceplate. However, if you wish to install it in a multi-gang setup using a Decora faceplate, beware that it is both taller and wider than a standard Decora opening. I had to use a Dremel tool to enlarge the opening. In retrospect, I'd instead go with two binding post inserts, one three pair and one two pair. This would look better, and be easier to install (no need to break out the Dremel, and the wires would be less crowded.)Still, the binding posts themselves work well, and hold wires (on the backside) and banana plugs (on the front side) securely. I'd buy binding post inserts from Monoprice again, just not this particular five pair insert.

Works well, but beware if planning to use with Decora faceplate.

It requires a special wall plate as it's larger than a standard Decora. It comes with a single gang plate, but if you need multiple you may be out of luck. 

The mounting screws eBay come with it are not flat, so they interfere with the cover plate mounting properly, so it leaves gaps.

Ok, but room for improvement.

Fully functional and works just fine. You can tell these are likely Chinese made and no where near the quality of other posts that were available at significantly higher cost. I tried them for potential cost savings, and figured it was worth the gamble, and now that I have been using them for a while can say that for my purposes they are perfectly adequate. No regrets considering these had a cost savings of around 60%, and I bought total 8 plates.

Price was right

The wall plate screw hole alignment is slightly off making it difficult but not impossible to secure the wall plate. The connector build is fine but the plastic feels like it could snap at any moment, although it never did. Good instructions included.

They function very well, but the plastic portions of the plates did not mate together perfectly everytime, and I had some issues with the face plate screws fitting very tightly. 

Overall, they were very cost effective and performed very well. Just know that installing the face plates may take a bit more effort than higher quality plates.

Does the job well.

Bought this almost 2 years ago as I was building my home. Just got around to installing today, and I'm extremely annoyed to find that it doesn't fit in a standard Decora wall plate. The 1-gang plate it comes with fits, but it's too big for the 4-gang plate that I have (that the other 3 Monoprice keystone faces do fit into). Makes no sense, all the items were purchased from Monoprice.
