Took me two tries, but worked fine on the second attempt. On the first attempt, I didn't insert the wires deeply enough.

I positioned the wires according to the pin numbers - not the colour coding, which worked fine for me.

Functionally they are fine.  But they are not the same color white as the keystone plates of RJ45 jacks.  These are off-white.

The other reviewers are correct.   Some are very hard to make good connection, but with persistence it is possible.    Ignore the incorrect diagram.   A small screwdriver is helpful to push into the slots of the top removable piece.  One shouldn't push them in the slots very far.  Then clamp then down hard.  I used small long nose pliers to assist.   On some they worked but when put in the keystone plate and tested after screwing in the plate..... they did not work hence I had to repeat the process until they maintained good connection after the plate was screwed in.   Again, as the title suggests,  I believe punch downs are much less headache and hassle while more worry free after installation.   I believe these may lose connection over time.

Ok.  But I prefer punchdown for less hassle, quicker installation,  and less worry in the future.

I managed to get these to work, Although they can be a little difficult to get the wires installed. They do not want to stay in place as you install the other wires, but I figured it out.

Worked for Me

Zero instructions. 
Color coding is incorrect as is noted in the description.  I am using wiring that has black, red, yellow, and green.  Had to use an old connection to figure out proper connection.
A small screwdriver is needed to gently pry the clear cover off on the side where the jack is.
Sometimes the cutters will slice the individual wire insulation, sometimes not.  
I would advise purchasing several of these so that eventually one will work.  I bought 5 (because of the shipping cost) and the third one I tried did the job.
The guy who said that the wires should be laid out in the slots of the clear top first and then clamp the top and bottom together was 100% correct.

Barely ok

In addition to the previously mentioned lack of instructions and mismarked color legend, the little teeth to hold the wire will break off on at least half of them.  You need to manually punch the wires down on the teeth in order to get any connection at all.  Price for this garbage is not worth the time and labor required to troubleshoot when most of them do not work.  Run Away!!!!

I ordered three.  Two of them bent the pins trying to get the wires into the jack.
