This bracket works great, and it is a fraction of the price of the brand name brackets of the same or lesser quality!!!

Well made bracket

It's hinged, but that doesn't seem very useful, since it wouldn't be strong enough to hold the patch panel I'm using.  It's perfect for my use case.

Fantastic price, very usable

I am impressed. It's slightly flimsy, it could of been a bit more stronger metal. however it does it's job great. I do recommend this item to anyone.

The swing out hinge is convenient. It would be nice if the mounting slots were horizontal to allow for variance in stud width

As of 2021 April, the Product # 8626  hinges split into 2U sections.

 #10-32 holes appear to have been tapped prior to painting.  
Need to use a cordless and 10-32 taper tap  to clean up threads prior to use..
