I like this because it is only the frame that way you can use the wood of your choice.   Fairly easy to assemble, but have lots of room.

This worked out great for me. I left out the middle support bar because I have a curved desk. The middle is supported by the sides because it?s so light and  I will never have anything above a few pounds although I know it can support more weight. Looks very nice. I really love this desk.

I was able to take apart my old desk and use these motorized legs as the base with the current desk top!  Its fantastic and works great.  I don't need to change out the rest of my furniture and file cabinets.   Its so nice to stand most of the day now.

Love my desk

I purchased the L-Shaped frame almost a year ago to make my work from home situation more comfortable and follow medical advice to reduce stress on my back.

I built a custom top for it to make a desk that is 6' long on both sides of the 'L' and 2' deep.  It comfortably accommodates all my laptops and monitors and is super smooth when being raised/lowered.   Now I just need to finish my project and put some flooring in my office ;-)   

But this desk is everything I dreamed it would be.  Could not be any happier with this product.

Extremely pleased with my L-Shape motorized desk

I loved the legs but I was following the measurements on the site and they were incorrect. I didn't use the legs the way they are supposed to be used. My husband had to figure out a creative solution to utilize the legs with the table top I have.That is why I knocked off a star. But I would definitely recommend these legs. Theyre great!

Measurements are off

The desk stand works well as expected.
The single post leg however differs from another electric desk I own in a small annoying way. The post on this desk is centered under the desk where my other desk the post is aligned with the edge of the desk making better use of the space under the desk that this version.

Stand-up-sit-down desk

While both I, and I'm sure Monoprice would not recommend it, I needed a standing desk that would span 3 walls to fit all of my equipment comfortably. So I actually purchased 2 of these, had Home Depot cut me 3 pieces of MDF, and then wrapped the MDF in 3m 1080 Atomic Teal (the same color as my car), and wired them both together to the same controller. Also, I went more than a little further than the recommended size on one side, this setup is 30" depth, 54", 69", and 97" tabletops. 

The end result is a desk that can hold 6 Samsung Neo G8s, two RTX 3090 workhorses, two laptops, a KVM, a bunch of audio equipment, and 3d printing equipment.

Pardon the mess and still setting everything up, but so far the desks are beyond expectations

The 1 star less is because one of the long feet was drilled the wrong pattern for a different desk or something. It was not a huge deal, I just brought it out to my drill press and cranked out 4 new holes 1/4" further out and it went together fine, but I didn't give them a chance to send me a replacement or anything either and I'm sure they would've.

Very happy with the custom option

This worked very well when I first got it. However, after owning it for two years, the desk now consistently does not rise with error code E06, the left leg constantly goes up and down at a different rate compared to the two right legs. I can lower and reset it fine, but then it does not go up, so now it is stuck down.

Worked great for 2 years, then slowly quit working

Haven't even opened it yet. The listing was not clear that it didn't come with a desktop and that that needed to be purchased separately. On top of that, purchasing and paying for shipping for the top alone costs as much as the legs/base. Wouldn't have bought if I had known this was the case. Now I'm stuck with something that I haven't even opened and will have to spend hundreds of dollars more before I can use. Very unsatisfied with this purchase!

Read the listing very carefully

Unfortunately if one part in the assembly breaks, there is no way to replace it.  In my case, I believe the Controller busted.  

Most products that are made of components have parts that can be easily sourced and replaced rather than the entire product.  Replacing the entire assembly of a product is not a cost effective solution for companies or consumers.
