The color-changing feature is cool, but it might wear off over time with heavy use. Its durable enough for rough play, but the smaller size might disappoint some fans expecting a larger truck. Overall, its a great gift for younger kids but more of a novelty for serious collectors.

From the moment we unboxed it, the attention to detail on this 1:64 scale die-cast truck was impressive. The authentic Monster Jam features like the chrome rims and realistic BKT Tires make it look just like the real thing.

But the true magic happens when the color-changing feature comes into play. With a quick dip in warm water, Megalodon transforms from a muddy beast to a clean, sleek monster truck. Its mesmerizing to watch, and our kids love the "repeatability" of the experience. Cold water brings back the mud, so the fun never stops.

What makes it extra special is how much my 2-year-old son loves it. Its become one of his favorite toys to bring into the shower! Watching the truck change colors as he splashes warm water on it keeps him entertained, and its such a creative way to make bath time fun.

The Mud Blasters series delivers on its promise of mess-free excitement. Its easy to use, and the transition between clean and muddy is so seamless that it keeps kids entertained for hours. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This truck offers a really fun and innovative concept: the colour changing feature is effortless and mess-free which is easy for both kids and parents to enjoy. The process for colour change is simple: using lukewarm water, the truck instantly becomes nice and clean revealing bright and vibrant colours. Very satisfying to watch as jr transforms right before the eyes. However, the real major happens when the truck is dipped into the cold water. The truck instantly takes on a dirty, weathered look, with realistic dirt effect. The first looks surprisingly realistic, complete with splatter marks, making the transformation even more engaging for the kid. It really feels like the truck has been out in the mud!  The trucks realistic details and vivid colouring are amazing. Overall this truck offers a unique and interactive play experience, combining fun, creativity and a little science.

It provides for a lot of old fashioned truck play but also some sensory exploration with different surfaces and heat. It's been a fun addition to his toys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun and engaging toy. My 3 year old son absolutely adores all things monster trucks and he is really into Monster Jam. 

We turned it into an education lesson by learning about temperature, how it feels cold vs hot, and how it changes the colour of the truck. We talked about physical changes. 

We also learned about cleaning mud of the truck. 

This is great because its mess-free. My little guy was engaged for quite some time. This is a new bath time staple but its also in his monster truck arsenal. 

Definitely recommend for any little Monster Jam fans out there!

Endless mess-free fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im not happy with the name of the product. Since its a childrens toy, they shouldve chosen a better name instead of naming it a grave digger. Imagine having to explain to your little child the concept of grave and whatnot. Product is okay. But a different name wouldve been better.
